DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Records all pertinent observations and treatment as per Agency Policy
Provide for the emotional comfort,physical comfortand safety of the client(s) assigned
Participates in case conferences, meetings and performance activities as assigned
Complies with all State and Regulatory acts
Conducts self in a professional manner at all times in all situations
Responsible for visiting patientswithin the assigned timeframe
Report any unusual or abnormal findings to RN Case Manager
Administer medications and document therapeutic effects
Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration)
Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas
Provide wound care per MD order
Perform duties as a Licensed Practical Nurse asper Scope of Practice and Florida Law
Must maintain a clear LPN licensure within the State of Florida
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a graduate of any approved school of nursing and currently licensed in the State of Florida.
Must have one-year current experience in accredited hospital or accredited nursing home within 1-2 years pervious to employment
Duties May Include: Wound Care, Wound VAC, IV infusion (if you are IV certified), Diabetic Care, Colostomy Care. *Must demonstrate competency prior to employment*

Educating patients and their caregivers on wound care procedures and preventative measures
Staying up to date with current wound treatments
Planning and executing care plans for patients exhibiting skin complications
Must have an
