The Director, Interest Rate Derivatives (IRD) Sales works on the derivative sales team within Global Banking and Markets Solutions. This position will be expected to drive IRD revenue with a heavy emphasis on the middle market client segment. Responsibilities

Demonstrate mastery of interest rate derivative products (swaps, caps, collars, options and cross-currency swaps)
Advanced knowledge of corporate financial risk management as it pertains to IRD, especially around the ability to successfully pitch and close hedging structures with clients and prospects
Intense interest in and knowledge of market trends, monetary policy, geopolitical events, and other factors that influence directionality of the broader financial markets
Demonstrated understanding of pricing and quoting dynamics around sophisticated corporate IRD hedging products
Work alongside trading, middle, and back-office functions to support client trading activity
Product Strategy and Implementation
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and go-to-market plans
Understanding of IRD product needs for middle market and small corporate clients and the ability to partner with product partners to fill identified gaps
Conduct effective on-boardingincluding documentation, credit lines, and platform setups

The associate is required to closely monitor and track active events and incidents, partner with stakeholders across the enterprise, and provide written and verbal updates to executives across the Bank. The Senior Cyber Incident Response Manager will also often interface with executives from other companies.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of IT experience and 3+ years of Release Management Experience
Relevant Experience of 3 or more years in Release Management role
Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience
Should be good in handling multiple set of applications at Domain or Tech Executive level
At times should be able to take up owning task and support management in achieving the goal
Should be mentoring New joiners and help in onboarding
Expected to identify Process gaps, Risk, and other Operation Excellence items
Proficient in working on ITSM Remedy Change Management tool
Expert knowledge in Enterprise JIRA tool and have expert level knowledge on JIRA life cycle in handling Release related tickets
Expert knowledge in Change Management and Change Governance activities likewise CAB approvals, Lead time to submit CRQ based on the Risk levels, PIR submission etc.
Agile Scrum knowledge/certification
ITIL Process knowledge /certification mandatory
Knowledge of CI/CD process and deployment tools like Ansible Tower, XL Release etc. will be added advantage
Proven success and accountability in leading and managing large scale application delivery
Strong ability to establish effective working relationships and contribute to a team environment
Confirmed experience and business acumen to partner and collaborate with multiple teams like TI partners, business stakeholders, other release managers for example during major integrated releases
Be extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication
The ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of users and subject matter experts within all levels of the company
Desired Qualifications:
Education: B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
Certifications, If Any: ITIL Foundations certified or higher, Agile Process
Documents new process improvements and shares with team members
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prepare release plans with detail level of information

**In this role, you will:**
+ Conduct Operational Due Diligence research on new and existing investment firms on GMR's list
+ Assist investment analysts in sourcing and adding strategies to GMR's recommended list.
+ Evaluate third party investment firms through an operational lens
+ Draft communications to the field, including communications related to changes in money manager ratings, manager updates and topical white papers
+ Perform risk analysis on third-party investment firms
+ Cover a universe of third party investment firms, following GMR's stated process.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 4+ years of Retail Investment Research experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Experience in money manager research, particularly on the operational due diligence side.
+ Experience writing commentary for various audiences
+ Microsoft Excel skills
