We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager to join the Consumer Loan Origination Systems team at First Citizens - we enhance and maintain software solutions that support over 600 branches and thousands of users within the FCB General Bank. Assist with managing and supporting network devices such as firewalls, routers and switches. Provide guidance and solutions for surveillance system. Handle purchasing of IT equipment, supplies. Distribute reports and information to appropriate departments in a timely manner. Assist in designing and implementing network & server solutions for Credit Union Services.
