The Payments Fraud Analytics Lead, leads the Bank's fraud prevention and risk management activities for payment systems to mitigate both the Bank's and our clients' exposure to potential fraudulent activities. Colleagues will partner with the origination team to provide tailored CRE lending solutions to clients, while proactively identifying risk on new and existing credits within the portfolio through a combination of internal and external resources.
CRE portfolio includes a variety of loan products secured or supported by varying asset types.
This position will support the Bank's Affordable Housing credit portfolio, which focuses on construction, bridge, and perm loans as well as other credit offerings nationwide to for-profit and non-profit Affordable Housing developers and investors. It is important that this person understand the benefits of building relationships with clients that may include various CNB internal business partners and their services and products, as appropriate.
Candidate will partner with the team responsible for building and maintaining the Affordable Housing loan portfolio, and will be a key contributor to CNB's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) initiatives.
Candidate must have in-depth experience and exercise a strong understanding of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program and other Federal, State, and Local Affordable Housing Programs to assist in underwriting and portfolio management efforts. Candidate to be able to conduct detailed financial and risk analysis of affordable housing projects, developers, investors, tax credit equity syndicators, and municipal and or nonprofit partners. *The Responsibilities*

* Assists the Senior Auditor and or Audit Manager in the development of the audit scope.
* Holds preliminary discussions and interviews with auditees prior to the beginning of the field work.
* Prepares narratives/flowcharts detailing internal controls of area audited.
* Documents the workflow in the area audited, develops audit programs or procedures, and updates audit programs as necessary.
* Performs program procedures and documents work performed, test results and conclusions using work paper preparation guidelines.
* Holds discussions/interview with auditee to gather information, obtains explanations and supporting data/information and documents audit findings and the conclusions drawn.
* Keeps the Senior Auditor and/or Audit Manager abreast of progress, issues and audit matters as they arise.
* Contributes to the drafting of audit observation sheets and audit reports.
* Supports and or participates in audit exit meeting with management.
* Ensures written reports are properly prepared and formatted for distribution
*The Qualifications*
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years experience in performing internal control audits and risk assessments required.
* Prior financial services industry experience, preferably banking
* Understanding of risks, internal controls, work paper documentation and issue identification concepts and experience in applying them to plan, perform, and report on the evaluation of various business processes/areas/functions.
* Ability to work independently or under the guidance and supervision of a Senior Auditor.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, to effectively present to peers and management.
* Ability to exhibit leadership skills needed to convey ideas and obtain management buy-in for constructive change.
* Understanding of internal auditing standards, COSO and risk assessment practices.
* Understanding of the technical aspects of accounting and financial reporting.
* Experience in performing multiple projects and working with varying team members.
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $41.08/hour - $54.78/hour

Job Description:
This job is responsible for developing and maintaining a network of business relationships that serve as a recurring source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities from Bank of America Merrill Financial Advisors. Responsibilities:

* Experience with retail residential mortgage, purchase fundings over the past 12 months referred primarily from established, local or external sources
* Established relationships with diverse realtor organizations and affordable lending nonprofits in assigned market
* Experience with community loan products inclusive of specialized LMI mortgage solutions, lender paid assistance programs and 3rd party assistance programs
* FHA/VA & conventional loan experience is preferred
* Knowledge and understanding of sales prospecting and generating referrals
* Experience with educating clients on various mortgage purchase programs
* Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships

* Basic Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

The base pay for this position is generally between $166,425 and $221,900.
