Job Summary:
The Director of Regional Marketing Americas and Global Strategic Events is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for the Americas region and the company's key global strategic events to support business objectives. This individual leads marketing initiatives by creating demand generation campaigns that align with segment ICPs and audience buying cycles and behaviors. The director collaborates with senior leadership to promote both traditional and digital marketing channels in order to build pipeline from an account-based (ABX) perspective. The director oversees marketing performance with a focus on RoMIP, field marketers, and event marketers.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop marketing projects. Plan, develop, and implement multiple programs through appropriate channels.
Write. Direct the development of company market requirements and produce valuable content for specific solutions and company initiatives to support demand generation efforts.
Collaborate. Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to promote brand awareness, coordinate market research and marketing campaign efforts.
Achieve marketing effectiveness. Engage with various marketing functions and senior leaders across the company to achieve marketing effectiveness goals.
Communicate. Directs marketing teams and other departments with exceptional communication skills.
Manage budget. Responsible for tracking budget and allocate resources and invest funds wisely.
Develop dashboards. Monitor progress of activities and submit ROI dashboards and reports in collaboration with Marketing operations.
Implement marketing strategy. Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Develop demand generation campaigns and events strategy. Develop campaigns and events strategies to fulfill lead generation goals and refines programs as necessary after lead analysis.
Increase company visibility. Align external market view with the company strategy to develop brand and company visibility.
Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:
Bachelor's Degree in related field; Master's Degree preferred
12+ years related experience
Proven experience in delivering pipeline and accelerating pipeline conversion rates
Proven experience developing and managing a team of marketers
B2B and payments industry knowledge required
Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Proven experience collaborating with senior leaders across the company
Knowledgeable about latest marketing and web tools
Analytical, creative and innovative thinking
Up to speed with current marketing techniques, best practices and future trends
Work Environment:
