Jeff is passionate about his family, faith, community, the agricultural industry and the Purdue Boilermakers. A graduate of Purdue University, Jeff holds a degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering, which he utilized for eight years designing and permitting livestock facilities for a private engineering firm in Indiana. For the past six years he has been an Agricultural Lender for First Farmers Bank & Trust, based out of north central Indiana.

Jeff and his wife Amber live in Tipton, Indiana and have four children that occupy their time with schoolwork, showing pigs and sports. Jeff serves on the Indiana Pork Executive Committee as the President of the Indiana Pork Advocacy Coalition. Jeff is active in their Tipton Community serving as a director on the Tipton County Economic Development Board and as the Chairman of the Tipton County 4-H Livestock Auction Committee.

Keith Hill has accumulated over 22 years of banking experience and specializes in handling financial accounting, regulatory reporting, asset/liability planning, business planning, and capital and tax planning. Before coming to First Farmers Bank & Trust in October 2001, Keith worked for First Federal Savings Bank and Blackhawk State Bank.

Having grown up in a small town in Illinois, Keith graduated from Barat College of DePaul University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. He then went on to earn his CPA in 1995.

Keith resides in Kokomo and is the proud father of two wonderful young ladies.

Experienced Commercial Lender with a demonstrated history of working in the banking industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Construction Loans, Commercial Lending, Banking, and Credit Analysis. Strong finance professional graduated from I.B.A. Commercial Lending School.

David has been with First Farmers Bank & Trust for 35 years and has over 39 years of overall experience in the financial industry. Prior to serving as the Chief Operation Officer, David was an auditor, branch manager and loan officer.

He is an active member of the Greentown Lions Club and Jerome Christian Church. David and his wife are from Greentown, IN and have 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
