Position Summary
The Commercial Lender position is responsible for the identification and cultivation of customer relationships (new and existing). The position accomplishes this by prospecting for new leads and opportunities and meeting with the companies/individuals to determine the best loan, deposit, and cash management products to meet their needs. The position operates with limited credit authority.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Attend to the needs of present and potential customers seeking a banking relationship that may involve unsecured funds and/or credit secured by mortgages or other banking products.
* Interview applicants to develop information concerning their business or consumer needs, desires, repayment ability and earnings to determine the viability of the relationship.
* Obtain and direct the analysis of all financial data.
* Conduct credit checks and make on site visits.
* Take the banking relationship through the credit process, deposit process and ancillary bank products process.

Electronically tracks all facility issues, service requests, and resolutions.

Summary

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and or HVAC.
Communicate repair status updates with customer and branch office.

Complete service calls accurately, timely, and with a safety mindset.
Audit truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms consistent with company policies and procedures.
Meet on-call requirements.
Required Education | Experience
Three years or experience commercial kitchen repair and or refrigeration/HVAC service and repair.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the recruitment process and efforts for all open positions within the organization. Major Duties and Responsibilities
Leads the recruitment efforts for all open positions, ensuring alignment with organizational needs. Proactively promotes OnPath's open positions via various platforms to market job opportunities. Assesses current processes and makes suggestions for recruiting efforts and efficiencies.
Collaborates with the Director of HR and with hiring leaders to create accurate job descriptions and identify critical skill sets for each role.
Posts open positions on appropriate channels, including job boards, social media, and the internal career portal utilizing the Recruiting platform. Manage the internal and external career portals, ensuring all job postings are current and accurate.
Sources candidates through proactive strategies, including attending career fairs, LinkedIn research, community networking, and direct recruitment initiatives.
Conducts prescreening interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with role requirements.
Coordinates interview scheduling with hiring managers and provide guidance on behavioral-based interview techniques.

Coordinates with department leaders and conducts new hire Integration Day monthly to introduce the various departments of the organization to new employees.
Conducts 90-day check in's with new hires and leaders to ensure smooth transition into the organization and communicates any gaps to HR leadership.
Captures feedback from candidates and hiring managers to make data-driven recommendations for improving the recruitment process.
Monitors key metrics, including time-to-fill, and recommend procedural improvements to enhance efficiency.
Knowledge and Skills
Experience
Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or at a staffing agency. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and selection methods. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience with recruitment software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and social media platforms for sourcing candidates. Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to analyze situations, make sound decisions, and develop solutions to recruitment challenges.
Education/Certifications/Licenses
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

P r i m a r y R e s ponsibilities:
Provide quality customer service, while selling the bank's products to customers
Services customer with their retail banking needs by performing the following transactions:
o Withdrawals
o Deposits
o Handling of negotiable instruments, etc.
o Open new accounts
Sells bank products and services; solicits new business through promotions at the branch, telephone and mail, etc.
Teller Responsibilities:
o Responsible for security and maintenance of proper cash requirements in the teller drawers
o Adheres to bank guidelines in balancing of drawer
o Open / closes the banking center according to security procedures
o Assist in retention of customers by promoting bank services and cross selling bank products based on customer needs
o Comply with federal banking regulations including, but not limited to: US Patriot Act, Secrecy Act, Reg CC, etc.
o Participate in the general upkeep and appearance of the banking center
R e quirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be available Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm
Banking experience a plus
Cash handling experience
Analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Computer skills (standard applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel)
