First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a collaborative, customer-focused, detail-oriented Service Supervisor to join our Kanehohe Branch. In this role, you will be responsible for operations of the branch by supervising employees in all phases of bank operations. The Service Supervisor I also handles and resolves any customer issues or complex inquiries, and assists to maintain the branch workflow and assign coverage as needed. Another integral part of this role is to ensure that all bank policies and procedures are followed. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience. Compensation The annual salary range for this role is $46,176 - $66,560/per year; commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives.
