**Key Responsibilities Include**

Maintain knowledge of available loan products, processing procedures, and underwriting and general departmental guidelines.
Conduct and coordinate homebuyer-training seminars for CRA potential applicants.
Handle employee loans and participate in appropriate Fifth Third-coordinated functions to promote employee loans.
Follow defined protocol for escalation of exceptions.
Take applicant applications by completing Fannie Mae form 1003 on the laptop.
Utilize the laptop for communication and access of daily rates, applicant credit reports, Loan Prospector responses, and transmitting the loan to LOMAS.
Collect appropriate documentation from each applicant and deliver loan package in the time frames set by management.
Manage pipeline for all originated loans through closing and complete required management reports.
Communicate with applicants and/or referral sources by providing timely updates and progress reports.
Maintain high levels of customer service while managing each applicant*s and support staff*s expectations.
Attend and participate in all Consumer Lending meetings as required by management.
This position requires SAFE Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
High school diploma or equivalent mandatory. Four-year college degree preferred.

The NAM C&R Head will be responsible for turbo charging CCB's growth strategy in the industry with a focus on increasing our market share and market presence whilst working with partners across Citi to develop innovative industry solutions. Responsibilities:
* Assist the Banker in the creation of sales and marketing strategies designed to generate revenue growth and to acquire new target clients, with a focus on Investments
* Assist the Banker with prospecting - conduct new client/prospect research, generate leads and develop prospects, network to identify referrals to new clients/prospects, and coordinate client events
* Assist the Banker in profiling, qualifying and converting prospects into Citi Private Bank clients.
* Client/prospect meetings - Organize the pre-call planning, organizing post-meeting notes, and maintain all client call records including call reports
* Assist the Banker in deepening the existing client relationship through deep-dive analysis

As a Credit Analyst, the individual will learn the basics of deal making and loan structures while being exposed to other departments within the Bank. The Credit Analyst is an excellent first position in banking that paves the way to numerous other opportunities within First Horizon including sales, credit, relationship management, loan review or other similar positions. Work with the Portfolio Manager (PM) and Relationship Manager (RM) in completing at least 80% of the credit analysis. The credit analysis is Commercial Banking's primary document for analyzing and underwriting all new and outstanding loans. The credit analyst performs an in depth analysis on the borrower's ability to repay focusing on the company and owner's background, recent and historical financial performance, guarantor's (if applicable) financial condition, collateral performance, risk rating, risk-adjusted return on capital, and several other factors related to First Horizon's underwriting policies and guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Work directly with PM, RM and clients to address needs efficiently and accurately
* Spread financial statements
* Provide advanced analysis in assessing and evaluating current and new business opportunities
* Interact with clients and LOB leaders through email, phone conversations, field exams, bank group meetings, etc.
* Project manage complex credit requests and analyses and see them through to completion
* Identify emerging industry trends and proactively monitor the risk in the current book of business
* Attend credit meetings and learn to properly present modifications and new to bank opportunities to internal credit partners for final approval

+ Partners with Relationship Managers to:
+ Meet with current and prospective clients to understand the specific customer requirements and needs.

+ Answer client questions; ensure all data is accurate for loan underwriting.
+ Analyses global cash flow for commercial and individual prospects, borrowers and guarantors to identify financial condition, profitability, repayment ability, operating trends, financial support of credit and other various financial indicators.
+ Prepares all required financial spreads, Credit Presentation Sheets, Narrative, Relationship Summary, and Loan Pricing Model and prepares packages for approval on all new and existing credits.
+ Assist in the pricing and structure of new loans and renewals.
+ Coordinates closing and booking events.
+ Monitors industry trends and analyze specific industry trend data to identify potential areas of risk.
+ Ensures a 120 day renewal letter is sent to the customer identifying the key financial information needed in advance to process the renewal request; completes loan covenant compliance and annual loan reviews and review findings.
+ Completes, passes and maintains an up to date status for all positional and company required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s).
+ Performs all other duties as assigned
