The Loan Coordinator is responsible for reviewing the file for completeness, reading all comments from the Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO)/ Mortgage Loan Assistant (MLA), indexing all the docs in the unassigned section of the efolder to the appropriate placeholders and completing all order outs per instructions laid out by management. • Maintain daily workflow prioritization to ensure loan set up is completed timely and loan advances with quality to the next milestone. • Adhere to published SLAs to promote effective pipeline management. • Analyze and ensure all documentation received is accurate and meets minimum required documentation as outlined by our Mortgage procedures, Loan Coordinator checklist and AUS as applicable. • Complete all order-outs per instructions from the Loan Officer. • Process Appraisal Refunds • Reconcile Credit Card Accounting deposit report from Accounting. • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. • Communicate effectively with all parties to the transaction to keep them informed of file status. • All other duties as assigned.
