ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Sales Leadership
* Proactively develop new client relationships and expand the center's portfolio through networking, outbound calls, community involvement, and relationship-building activities.
* Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients to drive new revenue and meet sales targets.
* Leverage existing network and local knowledge to bring new business to First Horizon, with a preference for candidates who have a book of business they can transition.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or economics preferred.
+ Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial real estate lending (syndication experience a plus) or commercial real estate debt advisory. Formal credit training is a plus.
+ Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and client-facing interactions.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

The Universal Banker is an entry level position responsible for the assistance in the execution of sales, products or service activities in coordination with the customer service team. The overall objective of this role is to foster relations with customers to build loyalty and to help increase sales to individual consumer clients.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in basic account opening for existing customer
* Provide service delivery to internal/external customers to resolve account service issues

**Summary:**
The Specialized Lending ACCOUNT MANAGER I (Loan Closing Officer - LCO) partners with the Relationship Officers, Portfolio Managers and the Syndication Team to facilitate the closing of new deals and subsequent amendments for syndications and participations where First Horizon Bank is either the Lead Bank/Agent or a Participant/Investor.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

The LCO is also responsible for arranging the imaging of loan documentation post-closing and assisting with clearing resulting loan exceptions.
