The Corporate Procurement function at First Horizon Corporation is under the direction of the Director of Corporate Properties & Procurement. The VP, Strategic Sourcing Senior role is accountable for managing the overall relationship with Vendors and Service Providers, in their assigned category, which provide goods and/or services to FHN, including sourcing, selection, contract negotiations, contract compliance, and spend analytics.

Specific Responsibilities
* Lead cross-functional teams to identify, quantify, and implement processes with existing and new vendors for improved total cost of ownership in the assigned category.
* Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for the assigned category to meet business line objectives, deliver cost savings, improve efficiency, and ensure overall vendor value delivery.
* Lead negotiations with vendors for the procurement of goods and/or services in the assigned category.
* Serve as vendor relationship manager for assigned vendors for assigned category.
* Act as conduit between business lines and vendor community to foster innovation in offerings and business processes that result in greater quality and efficiency.
* Enhance and maintain controls to protect FHN's customer data, reputation, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
* Maintain consistency and professionalism in working with vendors.
* Foster performance improvement from vendor and internal customers.
* Manage vendors in accordance with strategic objectives.
* Successfully manage the largest, most complex contract negotiations and purchases required by FHN (technology, information services, core banking products).

Responsibilities
We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator with a strong sales orientation. The Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for establishing relationships with other Old National Bankers in the market to source clients. Additionally, responsible for establishing relationships with outside centers of influence to source new clients. We are currently seeking a Community Small Business Relationship Manager that will be responsible for all aspects of maintaining and growing a portfolio of small business clients. Primary business development focus will be on the low to mid-range of the small business client segment, through current clients, prospects, centers of influence and referrals from Community, Commercial and Wealth Management lines of business. Emphasis will be placed on handling referrals from our Banking Centers. The goal is to have full relationships with each client, including loans, deposits, payment services and digital engagement. Annual sales goals will be established for new loans, deposits, and fees. Loan portfolio responsibilities include handling the renewals and maturing loans in the assigned portfolio and managing to acceptable loan delinquency levels and credit quality standards.

Focus on current clients and prospects with annual sales up to $3MM and long-term credit needs up to $750k with basic treasury management and payment service needs. A primary source of referrals will be assigned Banking Centers and small business portfolio.
The goal is for each client to consider Old National Bank as their Primary Bank through a full client relationship including loans, deposits, payment services and digital engagement.
Works to achieve assigned sales goals through proactive activities and behaviors that lead to results.
Aligns client and bank objectives and orchestrates organizational resources and referral partners to build collaborative, client-focused relationships.
Uses a consultative selling approach to understand client needs and opportunities, including conducting pre-call planning, establishing rapport, interviewing for needs and opportunities, explaining features and benefits, overcoming objections, and closing the sale.
Leverages centers of influence to build a network and create a pipeline of business.
Annual sales goals will be established for new loans, deposit, and fees, while maintaining credit quality standards.
Manage Team Portfolio
Loan portfolio loads will be based on the number of Banking Centers supported and the overall client and loan complexity mix of those Banking Centers and the loans assigned directly to the Relationship Manager.
Manages a portfolio of clients that are directly assigned to the Relationship Manager and clients of certain Banking Centers satisfactorily, ensuring that relationships are maintained in a professional manner and monitoring of the portfolio meets the bank's standards.
Responsible for managing loan renewals and maturing loans in a timely manner and maintaining acceptable loan delinquency and credit quality levels.
Ensure that correct loan documentation and compliance requirements are always maintained.
Ensure that all loans maintain the correct Asset Quality Rating and classified credits are recognized timely and referred promptly to our Special Asset Partners.
Deliver Exceptional Client Service within Loan Standards

- Coordinate and execute activities such as account paperwork fulfillment, account representative changes, and various project support
- Fulfill financial advisor requests and resolve service-related issues and inquiries
- Process tasks and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure adherence to compliance operating policies and procedures including maintaining confidentially and client privacy at all times
- Maintain a focus on continuous improvement and provides feedback on system enhancements
- Master technology to ensure it is being used to its full benefit
**Qualifications** :
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:
1. 0-2 years' experience required; 2-4 years' experience preferred
2. High School diploma required for consideration (or equivalent); Bachelors preferred
3. Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint required, experience with DocuSign preferred
4. Accurate typing, spelling & grammar skills. Good written and oral communication skills. Good organizational and customer service skills. General banking and operations experience is helpful
5. FINRA Licenses : Series 7, 66/63 preferred
6. Appropriate State Life & Health Insurance licenses preferred
