The Credit Analyst position provides high level analytical support in underwriting/analyzing commercial credit facilities and assisting Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers in managing customer relationships. A Credit Analyst will be expected to provide credit analysis support for assigned lending relationships. The position also provides mentoring and guidance to Client Specialists and other Credit Analysts as it relates to lending guidelines, and underwriting standards. The ideal candidate works well in a team-focused setting and is comfortable balancing competing priorities in a deadline driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Include
Interpret financial statements and provide financial analysis support utilized in underwriting complex C&I loans in a broad range of industries.
Work proactively to ensure production is prioritized appropriately and completed in a timely manner. Specific tasks include: financial statement spreading; completing financial analysis documents; updating and creating new requests, modifications, renewals and annual reviews in the Equipment Finance's loan/lease system; tracking and completing covenant monitoring, completing industry research and developing a strong understanding of the Bank's commercial loan policy.
Participate in transaction structuring and relationship strategy meetings with management and credit partners to justify and explain information in the analysis when warranted.
Analyze and prepare complex credit approval documentation in the commercial loan origination systems. The senior analyst is responsible for accurately reflecting all loan/lease terms, collateral, covenants, loan grade inputs, policy exceptions, and calculating credit exposure for a given relationship in the commercial loan system.
Partner with Portfolio Managers to monitor and manage assigned commercial loan portfolios. This responsibility includes tracking covenants, recording financial statements, and monitoring company performance against expectations. Credit Analyst is responsible not only for accurate calculations and inputs but also for thoughtful implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Participate in internal credit conversations with PM's, RM's Credit Risk Managers and senior management and in external meetings with clients and prospects.
Participate in or lead special projects and assignments and performs other duties assigned.
The successful candidate will demonstrate consistently high level of ownership of personal performance metrics and team initiatives, flexibility in responding to RM/PM/senior management and client deadlines, extreme level of detail and follow-through, and independence within the framework of the role in assisting in achieving business goals.
Identify and report material changes or trends in the financial statements of borrowers or guarantors observed in the preparation of credit approval presentations
Qualifications Include
Bachelor's degree (B.A.), preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent in specific work experience
1 - 2 years of related experience in Financial Services, Banking, Credit Analysis, Loan Review or similar background preferred; 3 - 5 years preferred for the Senior Credit Analyst.
Familiarity with corporate credit products and the processes used to analyze financial data
Good fundamental understanding of general bank operations and the commercial lending process
Strong computer skills required with the following programs: Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and highly proficient skills with Excel
Experience with Salesforce, nCino, or Credit Lens applications is a plus
Ability to read and listen, understand and communicate information and ideas in a clear and understandable manner, both orally and in writing with senior executives, business unit management and staff, state and federal regulators and officials and significant business partners
Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents; performs simple to complex calculations; effectively researches, analyzes and evaluates information to make decisions, solve problems and achieve goals

American Express's Global Financial Crimes Surveillance Unit (GFCSU) and the US Investigations Unit (USIU), within Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC), in partnership provide end-to-end support and oversight of global financial crimes investigations. In conjunction with GFCC partners, the GFCSU and USIU develop and implement automated transaction monitoring rules, reports, and other processes designed to identify activity potentially indicative of criminal behavior. The Senior Commercial Real Estate Banker is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial real estate clients within the Wintrust footprint. This position provides exceptional service to build and strengthen customer relationships by promoting products and services as appropriate to identify and fulfill customer needs. Responsible for new business development through referral sources and cold calling efforts. The position can work out of Vernon Hills, Lake Forest or Crystal Lake, IL.
What You'll Do:
Responsible for developing new prospects, managing and growing a portfolio of existing commercial real estate relationships.
Experience in variety of real estate transactions including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, self-storage, land development and commercial construction loans.
Experience with maintaining and managing a portfolio, with ability to build relationships with existing and prospective customers focusing on revenue growth, fee income, deposits and cross-selling services
Participation and knowledge within loan syndications and maintaining those relationships
Network with variety of CRE COI's, investors and attorneys to establish a referral base.
Prepare, review and present credit memos to senior management while maintaining structures within credit guidelines.
Prepare and present deal terms to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
Oversee the review and underwriting of credit requests internally while making recommendations for approval to senior management.
Provide leadership in the development of less experienced commercial real estate lenders and portfolio managers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting or equivalent direct banking experience.
Minimum 7+ years of credit and commercial real estate lending experience combined
Solid understanding of general credit and risk principles, and banking policies/procedures; formal credit training is preferred
Exceptional written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent analytical and organization skills with the ability to prioritize workflow
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Demonstrate high ethical standards and personal integrity

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary range for this role is $117,000-$158,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.

Moss Home Solutions is making a critical hire for 2026 and is seeking a Director of Technology & Systems to own and scale its systems infrastructure with Salesforce at the center.
This is a builder's role-not a vendor management seat. The Director of Technology & Systems will be the single-threaded owner of the company's systems environment and will report directly to senior leadership. This role carries full ownership for how systems power sales, operations, marketing, reporting, and leadership decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Architect and own the end-to-end systems ecosystem with Salesforce as the core platform.
Design and implement workflows supporting sales, operations, marketing, reporting, and finance.
Serve as the internal Salesforce product owner, personally building automations, flows, integrations, dashboards, and reporting.
Expand Salesforce beyond a traditional CRM into a true operating system for the business.
Identify and implement high-impact automation and AI-driven solutions. Own execution from system design through rollout, training, adoption, and optimization.
Begin as a hands-on individual contributor and build an internal systems and technology team over time.
Manage vendors and consultants without outsourcing system ownership or strategic thinking.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in systems, technology, or CRM leadership roles.
Deep, hands-on Salesforce experience (certifications optional; capability mandatory).
Proven ability to build scalable systems in fast-growing, founder-led environments. Builder mentality with urgency, ownership, and bias toward execution.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure where little exists.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary range of $165,000-$180,000.
Bonus opportunity of up to 20%, tied to execution, adoption, and business impact.
