As a Private Client Relationship Manager (PCRM), you are responsible for new business development with High-Net-Worth Clients. + Stays updated and abreast of changing economic, legal, financial planning, investment trends and general market and business issues impacting affluent clients. Serve as a personal financial planning/advisory resource for clients, their attorneys and CPAs.
+ Maintain appropriate legal, operating and regulatory controls to manage risk and compliance. Works within the existing audit, compliance and regulatory framework to ensure a high quality, compliant portfolio of relationships.
+ Using sound judgment on expense and operational efficiency
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's Degree Required.
+ FINRA: Maintains proper licenses including Series 7, Series 66, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam as applicable Life, Health, and Variable insurance licenses. Ensures that appropriate continuing education requirements are met where needed.
+ 5 or more years of sales and client management experience in Wealth Management and a demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of high net and ultra-high net worth clients with complex credit and banking needs.
+ Successful track record using interpersonal, sales, presentation and relationship management skills previously demonstrated in the high-net-worth marketplace.
+ Advanced and reputable credit knowledge with a proven track record working complex credit deals and/or in tandem with a senior credit advisor.
+ Advanced and proven working knowledge of deposit, credit and investment products.
+ Successful background working in a goal based, results-driven, sales environment that uses tools such as leaderboards, pipeline reporting and other sale management tools to be successful.

GENERAL FUNCTION: Accountable for overall production, coaching, training, and developing a team of licensed retail bankers. May handle large book of clients with more complex financial profiles. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Achieving sales goals while serving the clients' best interests.
+ Plan and conduct individual and group coaching sessions with retail bank employees.
+ Develop and conduct client meetings to review existing accounts and close sales individually and jointly with licensed bankers.
+ Handle daily client needs and problems and prioritize and delegate tasks to resolve.
+ Post-appointment follow-up to maintain relationships and develop referrals from existing client base.
+ Manage sales planning for self and for team to drive sales, and achieve designated goals, client experience and financial results.
+ Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all financial products through self-study, periodicals, and appropriate coursework.
+ Ability to delegate tasks and follow-through.
+ Prepare necessary internal reports for sales tracking.
+ Coordinate and communicate with team on daily basis to insure accurate completion of accountabilities.
+ Conduct internal and external seminars to focus on business development and growth.
+ Prioritize client needs and introduce services of other Fifth Third Bank employees, i.e. loans, estate planning, deposits.
+ Serves as a coach and mentor for licensed bank employees.
+ Thoroughly organize, share and prepare licensed bankers with tools and skills needed to be successful.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
+ Prior Brokerage Industry Experience.
+ Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65) and appropriate state required insurance licenses (exception: 7 and 63 in Michigan and Ohio) are required. Variable Annuity license is required.
+ Motivated by commission sales, recognition programs, and internal sales competition among co-workers.

GENERAL FUNCTION: The Credit Analyst II is primarily responsible for partnering with Portfolio Managers, supporting the daily duties of underwriting and monitoring credit while performing analytical activities and identifying risks or issues as needed. In addition, a successful Credit Analyst II will be able to draft documents and prepare for credit reviews with limited support from the Portfolio Managers. The Credit Analyst II is knowledgeable on financial and risk analysis and demonstrates proficiency in financial modeling.
The Credit Analyst II is expected to build proficiency in underwriting, developing the ability to complete the underwriting process from beginning to end with limited oversight. Additionally, the Credit Analyst II will attend and support Portfolio Reviews as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Partner with Portfolio Managers in credit and underwriting, performing analytical tasks as needed
* Use critical thinking to identify and draft documentation
* Responsible for regularly completing indicative credit information into Banking Systems with little to no errors
* Responsible for preparing risk-rating scorecard and tickler event analysis and determining actions based on results working in collaboration with PM's
* Responsible for developing risk models and advising PMs of unforeseen obstacles that may impede meeting client expectations
* Identify and determine monitoring analysis activities required
* Verify covenants and define updates needed on ticklers
* Monitor covenant completion and track past due or out of compliance covenants and recommend appropriate course of action
* Responsible for assessing covenant compliance reporting and identifying issues
* Review covenant compliance certificates to understand performance and determine actions
* Update financial covenants and calculations as needed
* Run Probability of Default (PD) model with oversight
* Responsible for understanding and evaluating completed spreads to determine necessary edits working in collaboration with the CCU team
* Responsible for identifying and recommending preliminary portfolio management actions using Credit Service reporting and RADAR with some oversight
* Prepares ALSR reports with oversight
* Responsible for running risk and projection models with oversight assumptions provided
* Responsible for completing underwriting process with limited oversight
* Create and complete a CAM with little to no errors
* Review and re-write renewals for deals of limited complexity
* Responsible for portfolio analysis and the development for Portfolio Reviews in preparation for client meetings
* Support Portfolio Managers and special projects
* Takes appropriate remedial actions to resolve deficiencies and escalates questions/disputes to appropriate level when necessary.
* May assist with training of new employees.
* May work on special projects as assigned by management.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
* Bachelor's degree in Business (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting)
* 2+ years of Commercial Banking experience.
* Sound Financial and risk analysis understanding, including the ability to develop financial models
* Extensive Knowledge of banking products and services
* Knowledge of corporate business structure and legal documents
* General knowledge of U.S. government and regulation
