The Risk Identification Program Leader is responsible for developing, implementing, and continually improving First Horizon Bank's risk identification framework. This associate will lead efforts to proactively identify current and emerging risks across all business lines and functions, ensuring comprehensive visibility and early warning for potential vulnerabilities. The leader will cultivate robust relationships with associates at all levels, championing risk awareness and fostering a consistent, enterprise-wide risk culture.
