We are actively seeking a dedicated and client-focused Fraud Protection Hotline Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients experiencing fraudulent activities. Our goal is to protect our clients' brand reputations while providing an exceptional and positive client experience throughout the fraud resolution process This role will play a crucial role in safeguarding client interests and enhancing their trust in our services.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as the initial point of contact for clients reporting fraud, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and empathy
+ Utilize effective relationship-building skills to engage with clients on both inbound and outbound calls, discussing potentially fraudulent activities.
+ Analyze account processes and transactions to detect undetected frauds and correlated activities.
+ Review and identify fraudulent activities, assessing client needs and recommending appropriate solutions when fraud is confirmed.
+ Efficiently navigate multiple systems during client interactions to gather necessary data and provide timely solutions.
+ Accurately record all data received during client engagements to maintain comprehensive case documentation.
+ Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills to provide resolutions promptly.

**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 2+ years' experience in customer service, call center, or fraud-related roles.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
+ Problem solving ability, and client advocacy and/or voice of the client strategy experience.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external client.
+ Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
+ Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary client service.

Under general supervision, the selected candidate will provide a safe and secure environment for our veteran residents, visitors and staff. Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of security and compliance of the DBIS project.
Provides support for completion and update of all requisite Information System Certification & Accreditation (C&A) activities.
Provide support to the OIT Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) in meeting the information security requirements for data processing installations.
Assist the ISSM with the management and administration of USCIS IT application systems operations and ensuring compliance with federal security regulations, policies, guidelines, and applicable National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards.
Responsible for information systems security of IT application systems to ensure that support of requirements for sensitive applications operating in computing centers are compliant with all applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Prepare required documentation to support the Certification and Accreditation (C&A) process as required by the Government. Track and ensure completion of Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M).
Develop and maintain an Information Security Plan as input to the overall Information Systems Security Plan to establish policies, procedures, and management control processes that will provide a high degree of assurance that continuity of operations is maintained; that systems and data have a high degree of integrity; and that reasonable and appropriate actions are taken to minimize the potential for misuse of systems information resources.
Establish, maintain, and periodically test contingency and disaster recovery plans, continuity of operations plans, and execute emergency procedures for backup capability at a Government provided facility.
Coordinate with C&A efforts, security scans and vulnerability assessments, for testing of operating systems security integrity and security test and evaluation activities such as penetration testing of communications networks and workstation utilities as required.
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)
BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
At least five (5) years of IT experience with three (3) years concentrated in IT Security
Thorough knowledge of NIST 800-53 security controls and required documentation.
Experience preparing System Security Plans, Risk Assessment.
Excellent technical communication skills with a strong desire to achieve customer satisfaction
Experience mitigating security risks and documenting plans of action and milestones (POAMs). Demonstrated capabilities in presenting ideas written and orally within a cross-functional environment required.
Prior experience in working in a collaborative team environment required.
CISSP certification required

The Facility is seeking to fill a Security Team Specialist I position. The facility is located on a 400 acre campus; providing services for a 250-bed facility serving the more complex medical, rehabilitative, educational, and recreational needs of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and challenges.

The Security Team Specialist I will work to ensure and maintain secure campus environment.
Provide security for residents, staff and property at a 400-acre facility for the developmentally challenged.
Patrol assigned campus buildings and adjacent areas on foot or in a patrol vehicle.
Guards against trespass, theft, damage to property or injury to individuals by screening visitors, inspecting rooms,
controlling crowds, conducting surveillance, searching for missing goods and persons, investigate complaints and reports
of suspicious activity, mediate disputes, and inspect buildings, grounds, fire lanes, and emergency exits for compliance
with safety standards to ensure campus security.
Assist local fire department, law enforcement and emergency medical services responding to emergencies at the facility.

Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000. Final base compensation will be carefully determined based on several factors including relevant knowledge, skillset, and experience. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as discretionary bonus, health, dental, and vision plans, and employer 401(k) contributions.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to oversee and manage all aspects of our industrial security program in compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and other applicable government regulations. This role will serve as the primary liaison between our company and government security agencies, ensuring the protection of classified and controlled unclassified information and the integrity of our secure facilities.
The Industrial SecuritySpecialist will serve as the primary company point of contact for all industrial security concerns and will provide security expertise, guidance, and advice to management and staff within the company. The candidate will be required to conduct security self-inspections, apply risk mitigation methodologies, support customer assessments, implement administrative programs, and implement security measures and programs to meet all requirements. This position will serve as the Facility Security Officer(FSO).
Key Results Areas:
Level II: Service - Coordinating "production" with problem solving and prevention
Resource management (material and people)
* Conduct security briefings, debriefings, and annual refresher training for cleared employees.
* Oversee physical security measures including access control systems, alarm systems, and visitor management.
* Prepare for and support government security inspections and audits (e.g., DSS, DCSA, BPMI, or other Government agencies).
* Investigate and report security violations, incidents, and suspicious activities.
* Maintain accurate records of classified material, secure containers, and security equipment.
* Collaborate with program managers, HR, IT, the Export & Defense Compliance Manager, and legal teams to ensure compliance across departments.
* Serve as the Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO), managing insider threat awareness and reporting.
* Government compliance with mandates, including but not limited to, CMMC, ITARCISA, FISMA NISPOM, ICDs, OPNAVINST 9210.3, NNPI, CUI, NIST SP 800-171, and NIST SP 800-53
* Coordinate with and support the Export & Defense Compliance Manager to ensure IT Enterprise Infrastructure complies with applicable U.S. export laws and regulations.
* Coordinates with the Marine products leads and managers on information security matters
* Trains junior security staff
Resource scheduling, output management and reporting
* Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures in accordance with NISPOM, DoD directives, and company standards
* Manage personnel security clearances, including initiation, reinvestigation, and continuous evaluation through DISS and NISS
* Manage reporting and reporting of employee foreign travel
* Able to administer day-to-day security programs: personnel processing, program reviews, incident reports, visit requests, DD254 forms, and related.
* FOCI Reporting in NISS and any other FOCI related documentation including the SF328
* DD2345 edits and renewals
* Performs and documents self-inspections
* This role ensures that proper Industrial Security procedures are followed in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117, Department of Defense (DoD) 5205.074 V1-4, DoD 5105.21 V1-3, ICDs 704 & 705 and other customer specific security requirements

* Obtains and maintains certifications and/or security clearance

Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, an individual must possess the knowledge, training, experience and abilities required.
Education and Training:
* U.S. citizenship and current Secret or higher DoD security clearance
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an FSO or in a similar security role within the defense industry.
* Thorough knowledge of NISPOM, DISS, NISS, NBIS, and other security platforms.
* Completion of FSO certification training through CDSE or equivalent.
* DoD FOCI-related security experience
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Familiarity with COMSEC, OPSEC, and classified contract requirements is a plus.
