The Level 1 Help Desk Technician is responsible for providing technical support for First Horizon Bank employees who rely on technology to be the best at serving our customers.
Technicians will perform the essential tasks listed below:
Provide support for technology issues, including personal computers, printers and multi-functional devices, application support, software installs, password and access support, backup file restorations, email issues, internet access, and wireless device support as well as support for applications that are specific to the financial industry.
Provide support identified above through various channels, including Remote Desktop Management systems, Active Directory, Microsoft SCCM, CA ITCM, etc.
Provide accurate and complete description of the issue, inquiry or request in call record or incident management tracking application.
Follow step-by-step problem solving instructions prescribed in application run books, as well as perform necessary research for undocumented solutions as required.
Determine when field support is necessary and dispatch appropriate vendors.
Contribute to internal knowledge base, according to normal support triage, research and documentation.
Level 1 technicians escalate issues as necessary to Level 2 technicians.
Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
Good foundation of technical Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting a wide variety of PC hardware and software issues, is required.
Other areas of knowledge such as networking, database, server/client relationships is a plus.
Requires excellent customer service skills, analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with end users, and IT team members and vendor partners
Experience working in an inbound help desk environment to include knowledge of responsibilities, processes, and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent interpersonal and professional interaction skills
Self-motivated and directed, capable of independent decision making and prioritization of tasks
Knowledge of ServiceNow a plus
Minimum of 1 year in a similar job function required
Degree in IT related field or technical certifications a plus

Develop alternative methods to support monitoring portfolio movements to ensure the LOB remains within set risk limits as well as desired business mix.
Enhance portfolio forecasting capabilities through use of available data.
Use advanced analytics (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) to supplement existing forecasting practices considering historical and anticipated payoffs, origination activity, and loan fundings.
Develop insights for desired portfolio mix, including geography, clients, and property type, through the use of CRE portfolio data and data obtained from external sources, to inform CRE strategy and establish risk appetite.
Assist and execute processes and/or controls to ensure all data and documentation captured through the origination process is accurate, complete, accomplished in a timely manner

We are currently seeking a BSA/AML Enhanced Due Diligence Analyst to join our team. This position will be a full-time in office position and can be located in either Salt Lake City, UT, Houston, TX, Phoenix, AZ or Irvine, CA area.
Responsible for BSA/AML investigative operations and the application of the BSA and USA PATRIOT Act requirements to daily activities.
Analyzes high risk client activity for possible suspicious activity related to illegal activities such as money laundering, terrorist financing or fraud.
Leverages multiple sources when making a determination or concluding on customer activity.
Presents logical, well-supported conclusions for customer assessments.
Understands and applies knowledge of BSA/AML typologies and the ability to identify red flags and current trends of suspicious activity during the review of alerting activity or periodic assessment of high-risk customer-types.
Communicates with retail and business line staff to gather further client information to decision the alert or risk rating.
Writes clear, concise communications that clearly support the conclusion when closing alerts, explaining or escalating activity.
Meet SLA requirements and Quality Assurance performance levels for completed work.
Responsible for multiple review-types, varying in complexity.
Responsible for understanding/tracking each client due for review and review-type.
Documents reviews in the case management system.
Assesses complex customer relationships and understand relationships across multiple account relationships.

Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Accounting, Finance or related field and 1+ years of Bank Secrecy Act and/or AML compliance processes, procedures, and regulations or other directly related compliance experience. Financial crime investigation experience preferred. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
Relevant Professional Certification: Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), Associate of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) or Association of Certified Financial Crime Specialists (ACFCS) is a plus.
Basic working knowledge of BSA/AML Compliance as it applies to suspicious activity for money laundering, terrorist financing and fraud.
Understanding of complex financial transactions and business relationships.
Good analytical, documentation, customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage deadlines, be organized, follow through, detail-oriented and accurate.
Ability to meet performance expectations including Service Level Agreements for errors and Quality Assurance score expectations.

What you'll be doing
The Technology Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing technology infrastructure projects within the bank. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills and a solid understanding of technology infrastructure components. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards while ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives. The US Technology Operations team is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Technology Infrastructure environment, providing a cost effective and secure infrastructure, and evolving the environment to meet the needs of the US Region. Who you are
You demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Technology Infrastructure projects, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. You have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) required. You have a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and with high quality. You have a strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management approaches.
