As a member of the Credit Risk Data Steward team, the Risk Consultant II. plays a key role in assisting the Credit Risk team in sourcing credit data and overseeing the controls and business processes over credit data. The candidate will help develop strategies to resolve any data gaps and take active ownership of credit data used by the Bank.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and understand the necessary data sources for projects and determine efficient ways to process and transform data into information.
Understand business partners objectives, capture and document business requirements and design relevant data solutions.
Partner with Enterprise Data Governance to ensure Credit Risk Data Stewardship activities align with the banks overall Data Governance approach.
Work with Enterprise Data Management and Enterprise Technology to fully understand how the data is organized, transformed, and reported and whether any business level changes/upgrades/enhancements occurred or are being planned.
Coordinate with the reporting teams to develop and design reporting solutions across various systems that support credit data
Collaborate with Credit Risk Analytics team members to execute & improve report development processes.
Review processes and procedures to develop the best control environment, developing and implementing risk management initiatives.
Work with Accounting to perform reconciliations of Credit data.
Other data sourcing and project work as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, data mining, applied mathematics or other quantitative discipline
4-5 years of Data mining (Knowledge Data in Discovery (KDD))
Experience with banking organizations, business concepts, processes, information, and data
Advanced/expert-level experience with data query/transformation tools (ex: SAS, SQL, Python, Alteryx), dashboarding tools (ex: Power BI, Tableau), Excel, PowerPoint

General Statement of Duties
The Endpoint Management Analyst provides advanced technical support and systems engineering for endpoint devices and user-facing technologies across MassArt's academic and administrative environments. This role supports a diverse ecosystem, including Windows, mac OS, iOS, ChromeOS, and related platforms, ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable endpoint operations. The Analyst is focused on analyzing system health, optimizing deployment processes, managing application packaging, and troubleshooting complex failures within the management tools. Serves as a technical lead for endpoint deployment, security, and automation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and support a fleet of Windows PCs, designing scalable solutions for configuration, deployment, policy enforcement, and user experience across academic and administrative environments.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Windows technologies. Additionally, a key resource providing Tier 3 backup and escalation support for the Apple environment and related desktop infrastructure.
Serve as Primary administrator for endpoint deployment and management platforms such as KACE, Intune, and ChromeOS tools.
Serve as the backup administrator for JAMF and Apple School Manager, and support onboarding and integration of identity‑based tools.
Assist in the management of the software licensing server and applications for both Macs and PCs.

Who you are

Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) required. Primary Duties
Client Servicing:
• Support ad-hoc IAG member firm requests
• Support client use of Callan tools and access to our information

Manager Research and Platform Support:
• Serve as senior analyst to IAG Members involved in manager research

Job Description
Interns may be involved in providing day-to-day support as needed including problem resolution, metrics reporting, documentation, project assistance and various other activities including attending and participating in various meetings as part of the team. Responsibilities of the intern may include:
• Meeting with internal business partners to capture requirements or current/future state process descriptions, and delivering relevant documentation
• Communicating and coordinating with field offices contacts, general contractors, vendors, and/ or other Home Office business and technology teams, to analyze/document items such as (1) processes to be improved, (2) requirements to be implemented, and/or (3) problems to be explored/resolved
Qualifications
Active student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field. A cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher with a minimum of 6-9 credits in Computer Science or Management Information Systems courses.
Additional Information
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR POSITION
• Excellent verbal and written communication (including meeting scheduling/facilitation), analytical and problem- solving skills, time management and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office tools (VISIO and SQL experience is a plus)
• Previous work or classroom experience in one of the following: requirements gathering, functional analysis, training or database querying
• Ability to organize projects involving participants from multiple internal departments
• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of SharePoint administration is a plus
