Understanding the Peoplesoft Finance
Execute security related processes to update/maintain the PeopleSoft security structure.
Create and maintain PeopleSoft dynamic security groups, user setup, and roles and dynamic queries.
Responsible for synchronizing security roles and permissions to portal menu navigation, updating user profiles based on transactions processed, and processing approved system security access requests and changes. Maintain Query Access Manager and test potential security system changes before moving new methods to production.
Evaluate PeopleSoft upgrades for impact on configuration and mitigates unintended consequences and maintains functional documentation for the PeopleSoft security configuration and processes.
Respond to inquiries from internal and external auditors.
Maintain and troubleshoot module related interfaces and maintain and update module foundation tables.
Manage workflow and troubleshoot errors.
Experience configuring and implementing Process Groups, Web Libraries, Web Services ;
Experience with PeopleSoft reporting tools including Crystal, nVision, Query, and BI Publisher.
Experience single signon configuration and LDAP/Active Directory integration;
Experience working with Database and Network Administrators to ensure that security requirements are accurately enforced throughout the underlying infrastructure;
Working knowledge of and experience with all aspects of the security audit process;
Experience in Compare reports for upgrade and retro fit Custom Security roles and permission lists
Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $170,000 per annum

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Flatirons Bank serves as an escrow agent and account administrator for handling Qualified Settlement Funds (“QSFs”). A QSF is an account used as a settlement mechanism to receive funds from one or more defendants after a lawsuit or legal claim is resolved. This arrangement provides plaintiffs and their attorneys with the time and flexibility to develop a suitable distribution plan.
The Escrow Administrator position serves an important role for the Bank, with a primary focus on ensuring the bank delivers upon its primary value proposition of providing an exceptional client experience and operational excellence in administrating its Qualified Settlement Fund product. The individual in this position will work closely with the Escrow Manager and Escrow Officer, have regular interaction with attorneys and other law firm business managers, and will ensure that QSF accounts are administered in accordance with policies and procedures. The specific responsibilities are further outlined below:
QSF Administration
• Open and administer QSF bank accounts; assist with obtaining required documentation
• Allocate subaccounts pursuant to the settlement statement/other applicable documentation.
• Process distribution requests in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
• Utilize the QSF workflow in BCS to facilitate escrow administration.
• Maintain accurate records and files of all escrow transactions and ensure the complete retention of all QSF file documentation within the Justice Escrow platform.
• Provide effective client service by answering client questions; Assist with the resolution of any issues or discrepancies that arise during the escrow process; Coordinate with internal departments as needed.
• Assist with documenting Justice Escrow Platform bugs/other issues in Jira or other similar software management platform. Assist with identifying and prioritizing other areas for improvement in the Justice Escrow Software.
• Adhere to Bank policies, government regulations and legal requirements.
• Perform other operational duties as required.
• Works closely with and provides ongoing support to the Escrow Manager and Escrow Officer, in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

Min USD $24.04/Hr. Max USD $29.14/Hr. Job Summary This position's primary responsibility is to manage the lifecycle of business hardware. They will assist in or fully manage asset procurement, configuration, deployment, tracking, troubleshooting, and eventually recycling/destroying the hardware. They will be responsible for working directly with vendors, aiding in finding new vendors to partner with, and maintaining solid relationships with current partners. They will be expected to learn and improve process flow while adhering to all regulatory controls. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Assess and fulfill new requests by evaluating the need and determining the best solution
Configure hardware to be deployed to the bank's locations and used by its end users
Perform accurate stock level counts to ensure healthy min/max levels are maintained
Aid in IT asset procurement
Perform necessary processes as documented for regulatory purposes
Document and refine processes for all in scope work
Research and propose solutions for new technology, hardware, or services
Track asset assignment, delivery, movement, return, and retiring/destruction in CMDB
Follow the Bank's Information Security policies, ensuring that the processing and handling of all client information and confidential Bank information is done in a secure manner and environment.
Primary contact for hardware and software compatibility inquiries related to client-facing systems.
Complete and pass all assigned eLearning courses.
Adherence to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act and OFAC regulations.
Avoid real or perceived conflicts of interest and maintain client privacy and confidentiality.
Qualifications Education

POSITION SUMMARY
As a System Administrator III supporting the Enhanced Polar System Operations and Maintenance II (EPS OMII) program, you will be providing system administration functions in a limited, small-scale environment. Primary responsibilities include maintaining user accounts, troubleshooting basic network or system issues, and ensuring compliance with DoD security requirements. The role collaborates with a cross-functional team and will also provide space-enabled, secure communications capabilities to polar users to support national security objectives. This in-person role requires an active Top Secret (TS) Clearance with SCI eligibility.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Create, manage, and disable user accounts within established guidelines.
Assign and maintain appropriate user permissions, group policies, and security settings.
Perform basic system health checks, including log monitoring, disk space usage, and application updates.
Apply patches, firmware updates, and anti-virus definitions as required by DoD and corporate policies.
Investigate and resolve Tier I/II technical issues, escalating more complex problems to the appropriate depot.
Maintain accurate issue tracking in ticketing systems, documenting solutions and resolution steps.
Adhere to DoD security standards (e.g., DISA STIGs, RMF requirements) for account control, system patching, and network policies.
Collaborate with the Security Officer or ISSO to address vulnerability findings and maintain system accreditation requirements.
Update technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Generate periodic reports on system uptime, resource usage, and compliance metrics, as requested.
Provide backup support for related IT functions, such as basic networking tasks, inventory management, or hardware deployment.
Assist with special projects, system upgrades, or new rollouts on an as-needed basis.
Identify areas to streamline processes or enhance system performance within the limited admin environment.
