SUMMARY
The Treasury Associate will support core treasury functions such as liquidity management, capital planning, and regulatory reporting, while also contributing to mortgage-related secondary market activities, including loan pricing, pooling, delivery to agencies, and pipeline risk management. This position requires strong financial and analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a solid understanding of both treasury operations and the mortgage capital markets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Daily management of mortgage rate locks, mortgage pricing analytics, and the enforcement of policies and procedures.
* Coordinates with Home Loans for loan officer training and support.
* Researches investor, GSE, and regulatory guidelines; provides product and pricing support; and develops Secondary Market procedures.
* Coordinates with Mortgage Servicing for the timely delivery and sale of mortgage loans.
* Assists with mortgage investor management and recertification.
* Contributes to interest rate risk management through the preparation and distribution of daily mortgage rate sheets, allocation of loans for sale, and daily management of the mortgage hedge within policy constraints, while maximizing profit on loan sales.
* Assists in the management of the Optimal Blue Product and Pricing Engine to onboard/offboard investors, manage margins, update SRP, set lock rules and functionality, manage product eligibility, and perform system administration.
* Assists in user administration for all third-party mortgage investor websites.
* Assists in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
* Assists in operational tasks and analysis related to First Interstate's fixed income portfolio.
* Assists in conducting and supporting FTP/ALM processes, including data gathering, populating the FTP/ALM model with bank data, and validating assumptions.
* Assists Corporate Treasury Management in working in alignment with Corporate Accounting to facilitate various SEC and regulatory reporting requests.
* Assists in preparing Corporate Treasury reports, presentations, and models.
* Assists with audits, model validations, counterparty risk assessments, business continuity plans, application risk assessments, and other applicable requests from the 2nd and 3rd lines.
* Assists with the preparation and distribution of commercial and consumer rate sheets.
* Assists with all other Corporate Treasury functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

SUMMARY
The Teller II will be responsible for daily teller transactions in both the lobby and drive-up locations of the branch. SUMMARY
The Senior Credit Officer is accountable for supporting credit risk oversight for one or more regions, markets, and/or business lines. This position evaluates and adjudicates credit requests for existing customers and new prospects, reviews annual analyses, identifies potential and emerging risk (credit, reputational, liquidity, market and operational), and performs proactive portfolio management through ongoing monitoring.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Understands and evaluates market conditions within oversight regions/business lines for proactive assessments of credit risk and partnership with the line of business on strategic loan growth.
Provides credit coaching, mentoring, and training throughout the lending and adjudication process.
Assists the line management in the evaluation of line personnel.
Adjudicates, administers, and reviews loans and loan commitment requests to ensure adherence to existing policy guidelines and sound underwriting principles to protect the quality and profitability of the loan portfolio.

Identifies potential problem loans and works with the Special Assets Group and front line to help manage credit risk.

Supports credit risk management participation in internal loan review, audit, and regulatory examinations.
Provides support in forecasting of asset quality indicators to senior management.

SUMMARY

* Provides quantitative support to the Bank's efforts to manage credit risk in portfolios covering a range of asset classes, and ensure that the PD, LGD, valuation, and ECL models comply with all applicable regulations. For existing or third-party models, core competency involves understanding the purpose of the models, how they work, how they are used, how well they perform, and what effective challenges are to the current models.
* Manages large and complex credit data sets using statistical tools and database technologies.
* Designs, builds, and maintains internal and external statistical models to quantify the value of credit risk parameters independently.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in alarm systems, video surveillance, security, IT, telecommunications, or related industries.
Strong working knowledge of CCTV systems, access control technologies and fire alarm systems.
Proven hands‑on experience in designing and installing video surveillance, fire alarm, or other security systems.
Experience delivering offline and online technical training to technical audiences.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Flexible and willing to travel for business trips, trade shows, and other professional events.
Self‑motivated and independent, with an outgoing personality and a proactive approach to work.
NICET and ESA certifications are an asset to the role
Responsibilities
Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars on Ajax products for both customers and company employees.
Present product roadmaps and new feature updates to Ajax Systems distributors and dealers.
Proactively manage and schedule open classes, private classes and on‑demand requests for training and support for Ajax products and technologies.
Promote and demonstrate product solutions tailored to customer requirements; provide technical consultations and support to key clients.
Perform market research and competitive product analysis to identify strengths, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key company partners.
Test product features and prepare technical documentation for new products and solutions, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.
Support the sales team by following up on leads through the company's CRM portal.
Analyze customer needs in partnership with the sales department to identify optimal product solutions.
Actively participate in the beta testing of new products and services providing expert feedback to product management to refine solutions.
