Pros of working at First Midwest Bank

Use to enjoy the morale, now, nothing

Cons of working at First Midwest Bank

The prejudice. Management must know that Carol Mohler does not like black people. She does what she can to get the out. BUYER AND BANKERS BEWARE. She is a part of a group within the bank that shows less favor to us African Americans and disregards our skill sets and talents. I am hoping to get the NAACP and EEOC to look at how this bank is evolving around her leadership - poor. Prame, RUBOCKI, Scudder, Blaire, Summerville, Viano and many more are all aware of Mohler and her ways. This behavior is supported by senior management. If African Americans are succeeding in an area, she degrades as if we cheat on our goals. However, should a white succeed, they are the best and her favorite. She tries to remove programs in Low to moderate income areas and high minority areas because she is not familiar with the communities but it is because she does not understand the markets are are not making the efforts to understand them. Find somewhere to bank and work until Carol is removed. She is PREJUDICE!

Pros of working at First Midwest Bank

Use to be family and diverse, now it is prejudice and cut throat

Cons of working at First Midwest Bank

Carol Mohler is very prejudice. She finds ways to.break down the hierarchy of African American employees replacing them all with white employees. She down talks to the African American Employees and tells the white employees how she has to work the blacks out. Cheri Rubocki is well aware. Management is aware, it has been shared in several exit interviews with HR and as HR says, Carol has the ear of Senior Management, they are not going to do anything to her. She interfered with salary increases for minorities sonshe could give more to the whites. Just like this review, management is going to overlook it, but go back and look at her past exit reviews from minority employees, you will see how it correlates with these statements. She won't promote minorities at all and certainly, limits her conversations with minorities. This isnthe.kind of workplace First Midwest is. Glad I left, because things are getting.worse.
