Your Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance on facilities, equipment, and buildings by performing carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, mechanical and irrigation/drainage lines.
* Operate mechanical equipment, including but not limited to, saws, buffers, lathes, drills, paint sprayers, drill presses, plumbing snake, and other shop machinery and tools, while ensuring that safety procedures and protocol are always followed while doing so.
* Inspect facilities for structural problems, vandalism, roof damage, siding damage, pest infestations and proper lighting and report to the General Manager immediately to collaborate on an action plan for repair.
* As assigned, set up tables and chairs for special meetings and ensure all equipment is on and functioning properly.
* Stock and monitor janitorial and building maintenance supplies and maintain an inventory list of tools and supplies.
* Must have reliable transportation, a valid California driver's license, state mandated insurance, and be able to drive to other work locations if necessary.

* Works with leadership to review manager property assignments to ensure an adequate balance of properties, appropriate workload, and seamless manager transitions.
* Reviews board packets, financial reports, and other related client deliverables in support of the manager or as required, based on an agreed-upon schedule.

Education & Experience:

Full-time position. Typical schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. This position does require working occasional evenings, weekends, and some holidays per the direction of management. Consistent and regular attendance is required.
Hours over and above normal office hours will occur, including evenings, holidays, and some weekends. The schedule is subject to change based on business needs
