CommonWealth Partners is in the final stages of design for a full-floor amenity space that includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, lounge, and meeting space, along with a new management office. Job Summary: The Property Manager or Senior Property Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Property, including, but not limited to, administration, financial control, operations, tenant relations, construction, lease administration, and leasing and marketing of the Property.
