The Customer Service Department Manager is responsible for proactively maintaining and retaining relationships with existing customers for product sales and services in an assigned territory. The Department Manager is responsible for leading a small team of Customer Service Representatives in making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to retain business with customers (and will individually perform these responsibilities at times); and increasing the level of penetration in his or her existing customer base by recommending and selling complementary First Supply products. Schedule: Monday through Friday 12:00pm to 8:30pm As a Value-Added Services I team member at Crescent Electric, you will support the Value-Added Services (VAS) team by performing VAS functions using a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and precision. Primary Duties: Perform wire cutting using reel-to-reel and coiler machines. Conduct order kitting and sub-assembly operations to customer specification. Ensure transaction accuracy. Set up and perform parallels. Receive, pick, relocate, and put away wire and pipe. Load pipe on trucks for delivery. Complete certification to perform Pulling Heads, if required by manufacturer. As a Distribution Center Warehouse Associate, you will be working at our brand new, state of the art facility in West Salem, WI, on our 2nd shift from 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm. Responsible for supporting the efficient and accurate flow of goods through our distribution center. This role involves various tasks related to the handling, sorting, and shipping of products. You will ensure that all products are processed and delivered to customers in a timely manner while adhering to company policies and safety standards. Starting pay is $18 - $24 per hour plus shift differential Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with customer specifications and quality standards. Assist with inventory control tasks including counting, restocking, and organizing products to ensure accurate stock levels. Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including unloading trucks, inspecting goods, and verifying order accuracy. Inspect products for damage and defects and report any issues to the supervisor. Operate various warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, and hand trucks in accordance with OSHA guidelines and First Supply safe operating procedures. Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other related documentation. Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily production goals and resolve any issues that arise. Keep the warehouse organized and hazard-free by emptying garbage, sweeping, or operating floor scrubbers as required. Other duties/responsibilities as assigned. The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for assisting with the maintenance of accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. File defective goods claim with reps or manufacturers as required. Follow-up with vendors or reps on return goods authorizations or credits not received. Assist with troubleshooting and minor fixes of Exotec system. Assist with Cubiscan data and processes as directed. Other duties as assigned.
