Responsibilities
Using a radio-frequency gun (RF) fills, packages and ship acknowledges orders in a timely and accurate manner
Process incoming product in a timely and accurate manner, checking for damaged products
Understand and be able to determine status of order at any given time
Answer the telephone in a polite and timely manner; answer questions correctly, take accurate messages or refer the call to the appropriate person
Follow tag and hold procedures for all incoming shipments and keep hold area clear and accessible
Follow any special instructions pertaining to an order
Point out any quality or inventory discrepancy issues to Warehouse Manager or Inventory Control Specialist
Label outbound material with appropriate shipping label
Ensure documents/system match actual quantities/items picked
Keep warehouse area clean and organized
Follow all safety procedures
Qualifications
Good computer knowledge and skills and the ability to learn First Supply LLC's business system
Good organizational skills related to managing paperwork and time
Ability to work within a fast paced environment with multiple interruptions
Experience with handheld RF units (preferred)

Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with customer specifications and quality standards.
Assist with inventory control tasks including counting, restocking, and organizing products to ensure accurate stock levels.
Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including unloading trucks, inspecting goods, and verifying order accuracy.
Inspect products for damage and defects and report any issues to the supervisor.

Keep the warehouse organized and hazard-free by emptying garbage, sweeping, or operating floor scrubbers as required.

Main Responsibilities of the position:
Chemical Deliveries
Handle bulk, point-of-use, and standard dock deliveries.

WarehouseAssociateThe team member in this position checks trucks in and out using WMS and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the trailer loading/unloading to include the pallet handling process. The team member will operate a forklift or work with the LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling system. Validates new SKU's in WMS to ensure proper LGV storage and handling

Monitors Loads
Unloads finished goods and raw material deliveries utilizing a forklift
Maintains pallet storage area; offloads pallets from trailers and stage for LGV's to pick up
Corrects product spills
Manually pulls pallets from production as needed
Supplies production with non-inventory items (glue, bags, labels etc.)
Air Bag Loads
Clears up blocked locations in WMS
May be required to operate a forklift when needed
Facilitates the flow of information between logistics, production and sales to ensure timely and accurate service to customer base
Tests and monitors resin and spring water
Coordinates preload activities including inspecting trailers to ensure all loads are completed on time
Checks in trucks and communicates loading instructions to forklift drivers
Provides correct loading document/bills of lading and truck seals upon leaving the facility

· Conducts physical inventory counts of product on a daily basis (working toward daily requirement).
· Works to resolve any variances between physical and actual counts.
· Trouble shoots possible receiving, transaction, Bill of material, routing, or picking errors and researches ways to eliminate the problems causing variances.
· Resolves negative on hand inventory reports, improper backflush reports, and other various error logs and reconciles them on a daily basis.
· Works with line supervisors, warehouse supervisor, schedulers, buyer & accounts payable to meet Pentair corporate inventory objectives.
· Enters data through the CRT and hand held RF Unit to update the inventory records in the compute
· Make inventory documents on SAP and adjust/reconcile inventory on SAP
· Completes daily activities timely, legibly and accurately.
· Communicates to the areas or processes that need improvement.
· Follows all 5S practices and supports lean activities, as well as safety regulations policies and procedures.
· Support inventory project work (ie E&O disposition, consolidation, etc.)
