Mr. Marshall serves as Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and serves on the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee. The Board believes Mr. Marshall's significant senior management and marketing experience, combined with his 14 years of service as a director on our Board, qualifies Mr. Marshall to continue to serve as our director.
