Mr. James Allen Bowen served as the President and Managing Director of First Trust Advisors LP and First Trust Portfolios L.P. Mr. Bowen served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at various First Trust funds in the fund complex till January 23, 2012. He serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of First Trust Global Equity Dividend Fund. He served as the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of MBIA Capital First Trust Relative Value Municipal Fund since 2004. He is involved in the day-to-day management of the First Trust Funds and serves on the Executive Committee. He has over 26 years of experience in the investment company business in sales, sales management and executive management. He has been the Chairman of the Board at First Trust Intermediate Duration Preferred & Income Fund since 2013. He serves as the Chairman of the Board at First Trust MLP and Energy Income Fund. Mr. Bowen serves as the Chairman of various funds in the First Trust fund complex (First Trust Active Dividend Income Fund, First Trust Enhanced Equity Income Fund and First Trust Enhanced Equity Income Fund) and First Trust Exchange-Traded Fund - First Trust Value Line 100 Exchange-Traded Fund. He serves as the Chairman of BondWave LLC and Stonebridge Advisors, LLC. He served on the Board of Trustees for Wheaton College since October 2005. He has served as a Trustee of each First Trust Fund since its inception. He has been a Trustee of First Trust Global Equity Dividend Fund since 2011. He has been Trustee of First Trust MLP and Energy Income Fund since 2012. Mr. Bowen serves as a Director of PeopleStrategy, Inc and Bond Wave LLC.

Brian Wesbury is a Chief Economist at First Trust Portfolios L.P. and is based in Greater Chicago Area. He has worked as Economist at BMO Harris Bank; Chief Economist at Griffin, Kubik, Stephens & Thompson; and Vice President & Economist at University of Chicago. Brian attended KELLOGG SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT between 1987 and 1989 and University of Montana between 1978 and 1982.

Mr. Mark Raymond Bradley serves as Co-Chief Financial Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the FT (NSI) Management Co. Mr. Bradley has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of various funds at First Trust Funds. Mr. Bradley serves as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of First Trust AlphaDEX funds in its fund complex. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Bondwave LLC and Stonebridge Advisors LLC. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, Treasurer and Controller of First Defined Portfolio Fund Llc and First Defined Portfolio Funds in its fund complex. Mr. Bradley served as the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of First Trust Advisors L.P. and First Trust Portfolios L.P. He served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, Treasurer and Controller of various funds in the First Trust Fund complex including First Trust Active Dividend Income Fund from 2007 to January 23, 2012. He served as Chief Financial Officer of FT Floating Rate Management Inc. He serves as a Director of First Defined Portfolio Management Co., the Manager of First Trust Advantaged Short Duration High Yield Bond Fund. and FT (NSI) Management Co. He served as a Director of FT Floating Rate Management Inc. and FT (NSI) Management Co. Mr. Bradley holds a Masters of Management from Northwestern University and BA in Economics from Wheaton College, Illinois.
