Mr. James D. Rollins, III, has been Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of BancorpSouth Inc. He has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of the Company, effective April 23, 2014. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Prosperity Bancshares, Inc., headquartered in Houston, Texas, and director of Prosperity Bancshares from 2006 to 2012. Peter S. Ho is Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Hawaii. Mr. Ho was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer on July 30, 2010. He was appointed to the parent company’s board, Bank of Hawaii Corporation, in April 2009. He has served as President since April 2008 and been a member of the bank’s board since December 2005.

He is also a past director and executive committee member of the San Antonio Symphony. He has served on the advisory committee for strategic planning for the Boy Scouts of San Antonio. Phil is a past board member and a member of the investment committee for the Baptist Health Foundation of San Antonio. He currently serves on the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business Accounting Advisory Council. Green graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1977, earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining Frost, he spent three years in public accounting with Ernst & Ernst. Green, 61, is married and has six children.

Damian served as a member of Citigroup’s Operating and Management Committees, and was the ranking business leader on the Global Anti-Money Laundering Council. His prior experience includes positions held at Banc of America Securities, Marakon Associates, Rostra Holdings and US Trust, which have equipped him with deep expertise in private equity, wealth management, and investment banking.
