The Lending Strategy Learning and Growth Officer plays a key role in equipping team members across lending functions with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to thrive in a changing environment. This role designs and delivers high-impact training, supports end users through change, and communicates clearly and effectively during rollouts of new systems, processes, and lending initiatives.
Acting as a bridge between the Learning & Growth team and the lending lines of business, this individual collaborates closely with Lending Leaders, LOB Trainers, and SMEs to ensure learning experiences are practical, engaging, and aligned with lending goals. SUMMARY

* Receives checking and savings deposits: verifies cash and endorsements, receives proper identification for cash back, and issues receipt of deposit. Identifies counterfeit currency.
* Examines checks deposited and determines proper funds availability based on regulation requirements and completes Hold Notices when necessary.
* Cashes checks and pays out money after verification of signatures and customer balances, processes savings withdrawals. Enters transactions into computer, and issues computer generated receipts.
* Answers basic customer inquiries regarding service charges and account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and consumer privacy policies.
* Accepts loan payments: verifies payment amount and issues receipt.
* Buys and sells currency from the vault as necessary, ensuring that the teller drawer cash limits are not exceeded according to the guidelines set forth in the Teller Policy.
* Receives FICA payments: verifies deposit coupons are properly completed and checks are made payable to the "Bank".
* Follows procedures for removing accounts from dormancy. Place holds on accounts for uncollected funds unless pre-approval is obtained from Officer/Supervisor.
* Balances drawer daily, including periodic batching of cashed checks. Counts and balances cash in automated teller machines and night depository. Counts and rolls loose coins. Enters required information into Vertex for Currency Transaction and Log Entry Reports.
* Attends weekly sales meetings and monthly community bank meetings.

* Handles customer complaints and escalates issues to supervisor as needed.
* Recommends to supervisor possible methods to improve department.
* Completes all required compliance exams on a yearly basis.

Trustmark is seeking a dedicated **Implementation Manager** to join our team.
Orchestrates and oversees the entire implementation process for new cases and re-enrollments.
Key Accountabilities
+ Develops and manages case implementation project plans for each new and re-enrolled case. Coordinates with external and internal partners including enrollment firms and Payroll Deduction Specialists to ensure all necessary steps are completed in a timely and accurate fashion.
+ Conducts product and technology platform enrollment training for key agencies, brokers, and producers. Participates in VIP and Finalist Meetings.
+ Demonstrates a solid knowledge of Trustmark's products, services and technology platforms. Displays a base understanding of interdependencies/relationships with other internal partners.
+ Establishes self to producers, clients and enrollment partners as Trustmark's single point of contact for all case set-up and enrollment activities.
Minimum Requirements
+ Minimum of three year's insurance industry knowledge and/or experience in operations or account management.
+ Four year degree or equivalent.
+ Ability to travel up to 40% within assigned territory.
+ Strong project management skills.
+ Presenting and training experience.
+ Possesses excellent interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and written, good presence, strong team player, encouraging, diplomatic and flexible with the ability to listen well, be persistent and patient in endeavouring to fully understand customer needs.
+ Ability to work independently and make good decisions consistent with divisional objectives and handle conflict with minimal oversight.
The compensation range for this role is (based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois):
$69,776.00 - $100,788.00 per year
The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus. * Assess and review the risk tolerance (i.e. CDD, EDD, BSA, AML) for small business customers and collaborate with BSA as needed.
* Serve as a trainer, mentor, and coach for the small business delivery process.
* Serve as customers' single point of contact on all First United Bank products and services.
* Uphold service level agreements as the liaison between Retail teammates, small business customers, and partners (i.e. TM, merchant services, BEO, Loan Officers, etc.).
* Identify and match customer product needs with First United Bank products and services by interviewing customers and discussing their financial needs including making referrals to other staff members and departments to ensure customer needs are met.
* Follow proper procedures accurately and efficiently for all customer-servicing activities performed.
* Consistently exceed performance goals and actively participate in all sales campaigns.
* Coordinate team meetings and huddles related to small business strategy and execution.
* Deepen and enhance existing customers relationships and develop new customer relationships.
* Participate in outbound calling efforts to increase bank relationships and business opportunities.
* Complete small business reviews and networking commitments as assigned.
* Leads by example and serves as a role model for Tellers, Relationship Banker I and II
* positions.

SUMMARY

* Oversees and manages financial information files to assure current reports, statements, accounts receivable and other information on customer accounts, and notifies Loan Officers of any potential problems in a timely manner.
* Establishes, reviews and updates new and existing loan files for the Bank on a regular basis.
* Provides technical advice and assistance to Loan Officers.
* Performs credit inquiries.

* Effectively communicates with Loan Officers and Bank Management in a clear, accurate, and concise manner.
* Generates solutions to problems and suggests alternative solutions when necessary.
* Contributes to Bank-wide projects while following specific and detailed instructions in a timely manner.
* Typically focuses on memos for relationships ranging from $500,000 to $2,000,000.
