SUMMARY
Under general direction, this position provides support to Loan Officers in their production and management of their commercial & consumer loan portfolios
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
* Acts as a key contact for commercial and consumer loan customers and services existing customers.
* Provides support to Loan Officers in the form of technical and analytical responsibilities in gathering and analyzing financial information, industry information, loan application preparation, monitoring of covenant compliance and review of terms.
* Interacts with third parties to obtain information necessary to underwrite close and monitor loans.
* Complies with bank procedures by maintaining accurate loan documentation and following operational/security guidelines.
* Identifies customer needs and acts on opportunities to develop fuller banking relationships by cross-selling other bank products to new and existing customers.
* Enhances business development efforts through relationship building with potential or existing customers and by participating in community activities/functions.
* Monitors loan process to ensure full customer satisfaction.
* Ensures that delinquency is maintained within the Bank's standard guidelines.
* Keeps Loan Officers updated as to ongoing needs of customers.
* Demonstrates knowledge and expertise of consumer lending practices and financial principles and supports the Company's overall mission, standards, policies and procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.

Summary
The Business Experience Officer is responsible for sales and marketing of First United Bank "Preferred Partner (group banking) Program" within the communities that we serve. The Preferred Partner program elevates our communities through serving the employers and employees of the local community.
This role will also assist in expanding the growth of the Community Banks in which they serve.
Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
* Identify, develop, and implement outreach strategies to new and existing businesses within the market that we serve to introduce and deliver "Preferred Partner" banking solutions for employees of local businesses.
* Leads and assists in the implementation and coordination of a company-wide business development preferred partner call program.
* Organizing and facilitating of information, tools, and links to resources that will assist current or new businesses participating in Preferred Partner with financial well-being tools and activities for their employees.
* Educates employees of Preferred Partner businesses on First United Bank's philosophy, while educating the importance of financial wellbeing and Spending Life Wisely.
* Partners with Financial Center Managers in business development preferred partner events.
* Arranges meetings between clients or prospective clients and appropriate financial institution representatives.
* Represents the bank in various financial literacy, civic, and community functions to enhance its image, build/strengthen relationships and develop new business.
* Documents calls and makes weekly call reports to supervisor.
* Reviews lists, records, newspapers, etc., for business development leads.
* Assists in product and service development to ensure customer satisfaction and bank profitability. Recommends upgrades, promotions, elimination or future development of under-performing products and services and development of introduction of new products and services when necessary.
* Promotes favorable image of the bank in all business activities within the community.

Responsible for supporting first line management of the Bank's loan portfolio, CECL, CRE and Capital Stress Testing, and other ad hoc analytics. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
* Review and submit Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) within the BSA/AML monitoring system.
* Assist with review and associated reporting of CTR exempted customers to identify that all required criteria are met.
* Serve as a resource associate for the BSA Quality Control team with knowledge of Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR), Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR), Customer Information Program (CIP), and other aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Program.
* Provide feedback as appropriate and ensure corrective actions required are completed.
* Assist in updating and maintaining BSA/AML/OFAC policies and procedures to maintain compliance with existing requirements along with new and emerging risk to ensure an efficient and well-organized program.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responds to inquiries or refers inquiries to the appropriate person and exhibits the necessary follow through with customers and/or staff involved.
* Assumes responsibility for various department functions in the absence of staff members or in overload situations.
* Serves as subject matter expert for Community Bank staff on Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) and Customer Identification Program (CIP) requirements.
* Completes all required compliance exams on a yearly basis.

SUMMARY

* Receives checking and savings deposits: verifies cash and endorsements, receives proper identification for cash back, and issues receipt of deposit. Identifies counterfeit currency.
* Examines checks deposited and determines proper funds availability based on regulation requirements and completes Hold Notices when necessary.
* Cashes checks and pays out money after verification of signatures and customer balances, processes savings withdrawals. Enters transactions into computer, and issues computer generated receipts.
* Answers basic customer inquiries regarding service charges and account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and consumer privacy policies.
* Accepts loan payments: verifies payment amount and issues receipt.
* Buys and sells currency from the vault as necessary, ensuring that the teller drawer cash limits are not exceeded according to the guidelines set forth in the Teller Policy.
* Receives FICA payments: verifies deposit coupons are properly completed and checks are made payable to the "Bank".
* Follows procedures for removing accounts from dormancy. Place holds on accounts for uncollected funds unless pre-approval is obtained from Officer/Supervisor.
* Balances drawer daily, including periodic batching of cashed checks. Counts and balances cash in automated teller machines and night depository. Counts and rolls loose coins. Enters required information into Vertex for Currency Transaction and Log Entry Reports.
* Attends weekly sales meetings and monthly community bank meetings.

* Handles customer complaints and escalates issues to supervisor as needed.
* Recommends to supervisor possible methods to improve department.

SUMMARY

SUMMARY
The EDD Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the Bank meets both regulatory and internal Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) requirements. Tasked with assessing customer risk and producing financial intelligence through research and analysis. The EDD Investigator will conduct analyses of current customers through a variety of assigned cases. Performs all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
* Promotes a risk-aware culture, ensures efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.
* Utilizes advanced investigative techniques and tools to perform Enhanced Due Diligence by verifying the customer's identity, reviewing their background, assessing the associated risks, analyzing transactional data, and compiling due diligence files.
* Conduct investigative/intelligence research of individuals, entities, and/or events related to current or prospective customers through public records, open-source media, vendor systems, or other research tools.
* Responsible for communicating with internal and external entities, members of the sales team and other risk units.
* Responsible for submitting Requests for Information ("RFIs") to the front lines to identify additional information in support of the due diligence investigation and follow-ups to ensure timely receipt.
* Reviews documentation for existing customers to identify, assess and mitigate KYC risks.
* Performs more complex investigations into ownership and control to identify all ultimate beneficial owners for KYC risk management purposes.
* Draft assessment summaries and other written investigative/intelligence products to support judgments, decisions, and recommendations.
* Trains new employees on current procedures.

As the Staff Accountant, you'll become a Subject Matter Expert on the firm's internal accounting systems and client accounts. You'll be responsible for preparing clients' monthly holdings and performance reports, calculating and reviewing the funds performance, preparation of quarterly analysis for marketing, and uploading holdings and performance of the funds on different databases for Capital Market. Additionally, you'll assist with work on the annual audit and tax return preparation. The ideal candidate is a great communicator who is at home with complex Excel workbooks and macros; a self-starter who is secure working across departments; a driver of process improvement who is comfortable with multiple deadlines, and has 5+ years of corporate accounting experience - preferably at a financial company. Knowledge of GIPS compliance and performance calculation would be a plus.

Qualifications

* Technologically savvy with Microsoft 365, especially advanced Excel knowledge: Lookups, macros, workbook design
* QuickBooks experience required
* Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines

Part Time Teller I
* SUMMARY
This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to bank customers by conducting appropriate transactions and meeting the needs of customers by referring them to appropriate departments in the bank.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
* Explains, promotes, and sells products and services such as traveler's checks, savings bonds, money orders, and cashier's checks. Cross-sells additional bank products and direct customers to representatives to open new accounts or for investing needs.
* Receives checking and savings deposits: verifies cash and endorsements, receives proper identification for cash back, and issues receipt of deposit. Identifies counterfeit currency.
* Examines checks deposited and determines proper funds availability based on regulation requirements and completes Hold Notices when necessary.
* Cashes checks and pays out money after verification of signatures and customer balances, processes savings withdrawals. Enters transactions into computer, and issues computer generated receipts.
* Answers basic customer inquiries regarding service charges and account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and consumer privacy policies.
* Accepts loan payments: verifies payment amount and issues receipt.
* Buys and sells currency from the vault as necessary, ensuring that the teller drawer cash limits are not exceeded according to the guidelines set forth in the Teller Policy.
* Receives FICA payments: verifies deposit coupons are properly completed and checks are made payable to the "Bank".
* Follows procedures for removing accounts from dormancy. Place holds on accounts for uncollected funds unless pre-approval is obtained from Officer/Supervisor.
* Balances drawer daily, including periodic batching of cashed checks. Counts and balances cash in automated teller machines and night depository. Counts and rolls loose coins. Enters required information into Vertex for Currency Transaction and Log Entry Reports.
* Attends weekly sales meetings and monthly community bank meetings.
