Senior Executive AssistantThis Senior Executive Assistant role serves as a force multiplier for the Client Success team - enabling Directors to focus on strategic growth and high-value merchant engagement by handling some of the behind-the-scenes coordination, analysis, and execution support. By improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the team, this role directly contributes to enhanced merchant performance, mitigating variability, improved operational efficiency, and execution of key initiatives.This role combines project coordination, reporting, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to help the Client Success team drive measurable results. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Serve as the department's Marketing Ambassador, acting as the primary liaison with the Marketing team to manage all marketing-related initiatives, ensuring execution, alignment, and visibility across the Client Success team.· Take ownership of monthly external-facing operational cadences, including rebate schedules and contractual monetary commitments tied to seasonal or tiered performance structures.· Review and audit merchant contracts to ensure terms are accurately reflected in internal systems; proactively identify discrepancies and align with Directors on resolution.· Track contract expiration dates and notify Directors well in advance to enable proactive renewal strategies and avoid lapses in partnership.· Oversee and maintain the department's Merchant Profile Page, serving as the source of truth for how each merchant is set up within our systems. Conduct regular audits to validate accuracy across pricing, technology configurations, and program details. Ensure any changes are captured in a timely manner, properly communicated to relevant internal stakeholders, and fully documented for cross-functional alignment· Build first-draft presentations for MBRs, QBRs, and Executive briefings using standardized templates and merchant performance data.· Coordinate field-facing logistics such as SWAG, signage, and promotional shipments for merchant campaigns and events.· Use strong Excel skills to manipulate datasets, analyze KPIs, and build visualizations that support strategic insights and decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS· Bachelor's degree preferred; fields include Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related experience.· 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, and/or executive-level administrative role.· Demonstrated expertise in creating and designing executive-facing PowerPoint presentations with a strong understanding of storytelling through data and visuals· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build and manage complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting, and trend analysis· Strong writing and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to draft professional, executive-level emails and documentation with a high degree of accuracy in grammar, structure, and tone PREFERRED SKILLS· Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana, Airtable, Notion, or similar) to create workflows, trackers, and centralized documentation· Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SugarCRM) and how to navigate and extract relevant client/merchant data· Ability to distill complex data into concise, actionable insights for business reviews and presentations About FirstCash Holdings, Inc. IT LOGISTIC SPECIALIST
An IT Logistics Specialist will image laptops/desktops/tablets and perform complete setup of end user work areas. They will also perform receiving, warehousing, configuration, repair, provisioning, and shipping of Point-of-Sale/IT hardware to/from all locations within the USA as well as very occasional interdepartmental shipments internationally.
Responsibilities:
* Inbound shipment processing to include verification of serial numbers, identification of origin (store number/user name/vendor).
* Perform accurate data entry to ensure correct processing of assets within inventory/ticket management system
* Perform diagnosis, testing and burn-in, if required, of IT/POS hardware
* Perform complicated and detailed repairs of a vast array of malfunctioning or damaged hardware. Some of which would include laser printers, network video recorders, laptops/desktops, direct thermal printers, network switches, cellular phones and tablets (screen & battery replacements primarily), etcetera.
* Responsible for the cleaning and preparation of hardware after testing/repair is complete.
* Responsible for the correct packaging of hardware for return-to-stock or shipping
* Perform warranty claims submissions for applicable hardware
* Assist with or performs cycle counts to ensure material availability to satisfy demand
* Assist with reviewing vendor invoices as needed.
* Prepare POS/IT hardware for deployment to include final configurations and repackaging.
* Fulfill work orders in a timely and accurate fashion by processing package shipments utilizing UPS World Ship and Fedex Ship Manager
* Update work order statuses in real-time within inventory/ticket management system
* Provide accurate information related to shipments including ETA and tracking information
* Create/edit configuration files and configuration guides for various device types
* Work reverse logistics tickets from creation to completion to ensure timely return of non-functioning hardware for the purpose of refurbishment or proper disposal.
* Stock/rotate inventory using FIFO process.
* Install applications and perform domain joins of laptops/desktops/tablets (Windows and Apple) as well as Android devices.
* Install laptops, desktops, tablets, desk phones, printers, etc. while implementing exceptional cable management techniques.
* Occasional travel within the metroplex using personal vehicle. Very infrequent travel beyond the north Texas area using company provided transportation (rental car/airline/etc.).
* Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
* Use of basic hand tools 50% - 75%.
* Occasional use of electric/hydraulic pallet stacker
* Ability to work in a standing position and/or walk - 75%.
* Ability to lift/carry loads up to 40 lbs. for short distances, or up/down ladders, without assistance - up to 75%
* Participate in group lifts of loads over 40 lbs. - less than 25%
* Bending and/or reaching into pallet-depth racks - up to 50 %
* Crawling under desks - 25%
* Sitting - less than 25%

Minimum Qualifications:

* A+ Certification required
* Must have 6-months computer/hardware repair experience
* Must have an in-depth understanding of all FirstCash, Inc. field business models and each of their special needs/requirements within 6 months
* Capable of reading and following advanced technical manuals detailing equipment repairs

Regulatory Compliance Lead!
The American First Finance (AFF) Compliance team designs and implements a compliance program that proactively addresses regulatory requirements while identifying and resolving potential issues. Compliance program activities include advisory, training, testing & monitoring, reporting, escalation, and oversight. The AFF Compliance team partners with the business to support new products and markets, change management, issue identification and remediation, and third-party assessment and monitoring. Compliance uses multiple data sources to enable informed decision-making, strengthen controls, and provide for better treatment of consumers.
AFF Compliance is seeking a Compliance Lead to support our compliance program in alignment with AFF's risk appetite. In this role, you will ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, provide clear guidance to AFF's operations team to mitigate risk and ensure compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional partners including Legal, Operations, Business Risk, and senior leadership to drive process improvements and further build out our compliance program. This role reports to the Head of Compliance and requires the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide guidance to AFF's Business and Operations teams on applicable regulatory requirements and recommend remediation and prioritization.
* Provide independent oversight and credible challenge on operational and regulatory changes, including third-party oversight: work cross-functionally to address compliance issues at the root cause.
* Monitor regulatory developments impacting AFF's operations and assess/communicate implications to stakeholders.
* Partner with other second line of defense (SLOD) teams to leverage complaint and issue insights and drive any necessary product, process, or operation fixes.
* Support responses to regulatory and Bank-partner inquiries, audits, and examinations through second - line advisory, review, and oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements & Qualification s
* 7+ years of experience in consumer regulatory compliance
* 2 or more years of management experience preferred
* Experience in compliance, internal audit, external audit, quality control, and/or risk management is required
* Bachelor's Degree. Four additional years of directly related legal, or compliance risk may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree
* CRCM or similar compliance certification is a plus
* Excellent collaboration skills across Sales, Operations, IT, and Data teams
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong knowledge of applicable State and federal consumer compliance laws and regulations
* Ability to issue-spot, investigate and identify root cause, and attention to detail is required
* Proficient computer navigation skills and experience presenting to leadership teams.
* Ability to work in a self-directed environment with excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving ability, who can assist with minimal guidance.

We are looking for a Product Manager - Seismic Content Platform (Marketing) in Salt Lake City, UT or Houston, TX. As a strategic sales enablement manager, you will drive the roadmap, integrations (e.g., Salesforce), governance, and banker experience to deliver personalized, in-the-flow collaterals that accelerates sales cycles and improves content ROI. Essential Functions:
* Own product vision & roadmap for the Seismic Content Platform (Marketing), aligning to GTM priorities, banker needs, and business outcomes.

* Design content strategy & taxonomy (roles, brands, segments) to improve findability, personalization, and in-the-flow enablement across the full sales cycle.

* Instrument data integration for analytics & insights measuring content usage/effectiveness and translating data into actions.

Qualifications:
* Requires a Bachelors in Business, Information Systems, Marketing or related field and 4+ years experience in Product Management, Sales Enablement Platforms, Content Operations, or Knowledge Management.
* Deep experience with Seismic (administration, governance, LiveDocs, personalization, analytics) and platform integrations.
* Extensive knowledge of product management techniques, practices, analysis, and design.

$13.00 to $19.00 per hour
We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process!
Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $16.02 per hour ON TOP OF YOUR HOURLY RATE.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager with a minimum of six (6+) months of management/3rd key experience. Assistant Store Managers are accountable for the day-to-day operations of the store and promoting a positive/productive environment. This position will partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop store employees, recruit, and retain top talent, maximize financial goals, and manage Customer Relations / Customer Satisfaction. This position sets the tone for a customer-centric environment!
Alongside the Store Manager, this position analyzes store financial statements to ensure financial goals are met. You will be required to commit to the company's asset protection program, promote our business, and target new customer acquisitions. All employees work with a wide variety of jewelry and general merchandise, including tools, electronics, firearms (*in FFL locations) and much more.
This position offers an hourly wage, PLUS Assistant Store Managers earn commission based on productivity and a bonus based on store performance! The actual pay of successful Assistant Store Managers will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience.
Responsibilities of an Assistant Store Manager are:

* Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and rapidly addressing customer issues.

* Opens and closes the store, including, but not limited to, counting cash drawers and merchandise, and ensuring all procedures are followed to ensure the protection of assets.

* Administer processes and procedures within the store, which include inventory, loan management, merchandising, store presentation, store systems, and enterprise-level reporting.
* Evaluate the store's financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal setting.
* Ensure that operating standards meet or exceed FirstCash standards.
* Monitor loan qualification and buying processes to ensure the value and integrity of all loans issued.
* Complete the assigned tasks and training for self-development as requested.
* Communicate clearly with employees to ensure that they understand the store's mission and profit objectives.
* Remain up-to-date on product knowledge.
* The Assistant Store Manager acts as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
* Other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
* Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time (in accordance with federal, state, and local law), some of which include, but are not limited to, standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
* Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.
* Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
* Employees may be asked to assist a customer on the exterior of the building (within our parking lots) or to retrieve products stored in exterior storage buildings or other areas.
* Minimum Age: 18 years old
* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
* Should be able to work in multiple locations, as business needs dictate.
* Must have the ability to work a flexible retail schedule based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.

Network Engineer - Enterprise Infrastructure
This position is responsible for maintaining the stability and performance of voice and data networks across FirstCash Enterprise and American First Finance. The role involves designing, configuring, and deploying LANs, WLANs, WANs, and VPNs to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN).
* Monitor, analyze, and enhance network performance and reliability.
* Collaborate with internal teams to gather and define network requirements.
* Support the rollout of new technologies and assist with capacity planning.
* Maintain accurate network documentation and stay informed on industry developments.
* Troubleshoot and support store connectivity issues.
* Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth integration of network systems.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; minimum 7 years in IT/networking.
* Proven expertise in LAN/WAN/WLAN design, network security, and capacity planning.
* Experience working in PCI-DSS compliant environments.
* Required: Proficiency in BIG-IP LTM, ASM, GTM/DNS.
* Preferred: Experience with BIG-IQ, Cisco iOS/Nexus OS, Fortinet, Palo Alto.
* Strong knowledge of networking protocols (OSPF, BGP, DNS, DHCP, NTP).
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
* Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are a plus.

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a **Branch Relationship Banker (Personal Banker)** at our **Love Field Banking Center** in **Dallas, TX** . **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide full-service banking services to new and existing clients within the banking center, with a primary focus on sales and service.
+ Process all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner within established authorized limits and other customer service duties within the banking center.
+ Open new accounts, update accounts, issue/activate ATM cards, originate/close consumer loans, and resolve client services concerns.
+ Execute the sales discovery process and manager client relationships.
+ Conduct assessments with clients to determine their financial needs and make appropriate recommendations.
+ Make appropriate referrals for other bank products and services, including commercial lending products and follow up with clients as needed.
+ Execute inside/outside sales calls to prospects and established clients.
+ Establish, expand, and maintain strong client relationships by providing extensive, personalized service focused on specific needs of each banking customer.
+ Support retail objectives/initiatives in capitalizing on business opportunities that directly or indirectly influence the product of revenue and risk of loss.
+ Perform all duties in compliance with laws, regulations, and bank policies and procedures.
+ Resolve client concerns through direct personal action or referral to alternative banking center or bank resources.
+ Adhere to bank's security policies while maintaining confidentiality of bank records and client information.
+ Meet with Branch Service Manager/Branch Manager daily to discuss progress in reaching individual and banking center goals.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ At least 2 years of experience in customer service, retail banking, new accounts, financial services sales, or other directly related experience.
+ Previous experience in a consultative relationship-based sales role with knowledge of consumer lending applications processes and procedures, is preferred.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
+ Knowledge of banking products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options.
+ Sales skills and experience, with the ability to identify sales opportunities, achieve sales targets and effectively cross-sell banking products and services to meet client needs.
+ Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs, address inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.
