Cons of working at FirstFleet

If the place you work is closed for holiday,you don't get paid for it. They pay exact same for everyone no matter how long You've been there.

How would you improve FirstFleet's culture?

Train the supervisors to know more about their jobs. Most can't answer simple questions about pay, vacations,etc.

What brings you the most joy at FirstFleet?

Quitting time

How does your compensation at FirstFleet compare to the industry average?

I made more money with the prior company than with first fleet per hour. They dropped my pay down $5.00 an hour when they took over
