ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Senior Public Relations Manager will lead and execute strategic communications initiatives to enhance Savills' reputation, increase brand awareness and support business objectives. This role will oversee media relations, external communications, and thought leadership efforts, working closely with regional executives, an external PR firm, and the communications and marketing teams. Reporting to the Vice President, Head of Corporate Communications, the Senior PR Manager will manage regional press, media and stakeholder relationships to ensure a consistent, impactful brand narrative.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement comprehensive regional public relations strategies that align with business objectives and enhance the firm's reputation.
Oversee and manage media relations, identify storytelling opportunities, secure media coverage, and foster relationships with journalists and key industry stakeholders.
Craft high-quality communications materials, including press releases, pitches, talking points, Q&As, award submissions and social media content.
Ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with corporate communications strategies.
Partner with the social media team to create compelling content for various digital channels.
Manage internal messaging strategies to ensure consistency across the region.
Identify and leverage macro industry trends to effectively position the company's expertise and insights.
Provide strategic guidance and coaching to local spokespersons to support with media interviews and brand amplification.
Lead recurring update meetings with regional leaders, brokers and internal stakeholders to align PR strategies with business goals.
Comfortable being in the office four days a week for in-person collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven ability to develop and execute PR strategies that drive measurable results.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging.
Experience working with in-house and external agencies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Deep understanding of media relations and ability to maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors and influencers.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess PR effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.
Proficiency in communications tools such as Cision, Meltwater, PR Newswire and Google Analytics.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
4-7 years of experience in public relations, media relations or corporate communications, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
Prior experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, financial or professional services industries.

Utilize e-mail and other communication necessary to effectively communicate information to all occupants of the property.
Maintain and track use and reservation of all conference room/auditorium and other amenities within the property.
Prepare move-out reconciliation form for Property Manager's approval to remove vacating tenants from computer system.
Maintain and track vendor and tenant Certificates of Insurance and miscellaneous files.
Maintain security access system, if applicable, issue security/access cards per tenant authorizations. Communicate concerns of security to Property Manager.
Order all building standard signage as requested by tenants.
Update tenant/occupant listing information for the office.
Update emergency ZRG personnel listings.
II. ADMINISTRATION
Assist Property Team by inputting notes into the monthly operation report after receiving from Property Manager.
Assist in the preparation of the report by review the information and researching variances within the monthly cash flow statement.
Assist in the preparation and dissemination of the monthly construction draw funding process.
III. ACCOUNTING FORMS/EOUIPMENT
Maintain inventory of invoices, payroll records, coding and approval stages, purchase orders, stationery and office supplies, forms, etc.

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.
The Project Manager is responsible for leading all aspects and phases of a project from conceptual design to final completion, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and industrial standards. The Project Manager shall oversee the total construction effort of their projects to ensure they are safely constructed in accordance with design, within budget, and required delivery dates. This role requires advanced communications with internal departments, external customers, design professionals, city officials, subcontractors, and suppliers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Provides leadership throughout a project to ensure a timely quality result. This includes estimate review, level I budgets, start-up, regular interim, and close-out meetings.
* Builds and maintains the project schedule, identifies and resolves problems along the critical path.
* Coordinates project activities with field superintendents to ensure that all milestones are met and job continuity is maintained.
* Collaborates with the construction and leasing team on processes.
* Manages submittals, introductory letters, subcontractor approvals, and lump sum breakdowns.
* Reviews project plans for construct-ability and cost feasibility; assists with project risk assessments and prepare scope of work matrices.
* Creates, formalizes, and maintains the construction budget; accurately tracks all budget changes, prepares budget reconciliations; analyzes and manages project progress, costs, and cash flows; develops cost controls, and tracks project costs.
* Provides exceptional customer service; develops and fosters longstanding relationships with customers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
* Identifies potential subcontractors and vendors.
* Requests bids, handles prequalification notices and submits bids for review and approval.
* Negotiates change orders, inputs and manages project budget, and ensures that required documentation is filed;
* Initiates project startup, closeouts, and maintains project files.
* Attend the final punch-list inspection and/or closeout meeting and complete final documents.
* Manages and oversees the completion of the final closeout of the project including the warranty manual for construction and maintenance.
* Participates in weekly construction department meetings.
* Complies with all safety procedures and policies of the company; must understand and adhere to OSHA requirements in the construction industry.
* Prepares and presents monthly project reports utilizing photographs, observation reports, schedules, and job cost reports.
* Attends staff meetings, workshops, seminars, and assigned training.
* Trains workers in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures, and company policies; ensure company and safety rules are followed.
* Performs other duties as assigned by Director or executive leadership.
* Perform all other related duties as assigned.
* Ensures the project is in compliance with company policies and state and federal employment regulations.
* Schedules and facilitates regular client meetings during the course of the project.
* Determines tenant expectations and sets the direction of tenant value drivers with the site team.
* Measures the success of meeting the tenant's expectations and value drivers during the course of the project and at project closeout.
* Work closely with leasing and site teams to ensure construction activities support tenant requirements, project schedule, safety, quality, and budget.
* Ensures the field team utilizes a professional demeanor while interfacing with vendors, subcontractors, landowners, and other community members.
* Holds primary financial responsibility for the project budget and work codes.
* Oversees and ensures that approved subcontracts, purchase orders, certificates of insurance, service agreements, and other documents are created and distributed on time to meet lease delivery dates and CPM schedules.
* Verifies and is held accountable for ensuring subcontractors have not started work on a project site until all subcontract agreements have been executed.
* During construction, the Project Manager will regularly review the project costs against the budget; and through the cost-to-complete process accurately forecasts project costs, revenues, profits, change orders, and billings to the conclusion of the project.
* Monitors the receivables of the project to ensure positive cash flow.
* Ensures the site management team is accurately monitoring costs against budget, tracking, and reporting quantities.
* Regularly reviews and reports proposed change orders and cost deviations with the Director of Construction.
* Obtains approval for change orders and cost overruns in advance of progressing with change orders and cost overruns.
* Partners and Collaborates with property management, leasing, and accounting on projects.
* Keep current with technical developments to other managers and departments.
* Develop, read, fully understand, and correlate the contract documents with the scope proposal to ensure the project is built within the scope of the contract (design, budget, and schedule).
* Responsible for correlating all major subcontracts and material with proposal scopes and the contract.
* Facilitates the “hand-off” meeting with the estimating team to appropriately plan resources (labor, equipment, vendors, subcontractors).
* Ensures that the project is productive and efficient, Best Practices are communicated, and the project is technically sound and compliant
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction or related field is preferred, PMP certification a plus. Minimum of two years experience in commercial project management required. Four or more years or equivalent work experience as a Project Engineer and/or Assistant Project Manager in the construction industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above is required. Work experience with commercial projects is highly preferred. Work experience in the design-build industry desired. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, in particular Word and Excel, is highly desirable.

CSA is seeking a qualified Assistant Contract Technical Representative (ACTR) to support operations at Naval Station Great Lakes for the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC). The ACTR will assist in managing and supporting Navy and Marine Corps Internet (NMCI) and Next Generation Network (NGEN) services. This is a full-time on-premises position in Great Lakes, IL requiring experience in IT service delivery within a government or military environment.

How Role will make an impact:
Provide direct support to the NETC Contract Technical Representative (CTR) by creating service records and Task Order modifications in the Navy Enterprise Tool (NET)
Submit Move, Add, Change (MAC) requests, Delivery Requests, and initiate NET buildouts as required
Assist with employee check-in/check-out processes, including the creation, transfer, and provisioning of NMCI and Office 365 user accounts, as well as designated NGEN IT solutions
Support the computer hardware refresh cycle, respond to user assistance requests, troubleshoot IT issues, and recommend appropriate technical solutions
Conduct periodic physical inventories of ordered services; validate, reconcile, and update service records in NET to ensure data accuracy
Upon completion of MAC requests, verify that all tasks have been fully executed by the NMCI contractor by checking HP Service Manager and Active Directory
Requirements

Qualifying Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in information technology, management information systems, computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, engineering, or physical science.
3 years of relevant experience in IT work, Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Problem Solving, and Business Process Improvement.
