Job DescriptionSummary: Drives forklift in order to load and unload material by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Park trucks in loading zone * Check- in returns * Pickup paperwork for the assigned truck from the office & verify the delivery tickets are in the order the truck is routed to travel * Separate and distribute any returns on the truck to the appropriate department and check-in the material to be loaded * Pull, measure and cut any missing material * Set sticks, load material and strap down the load * Inspect the load for loose sticks/ blocks and ensure load is DOT compliant related to length, height and belly straps * Inspect the zone for any missed material, loose sticks or banding and handle accordingly * Park the truck in the warehouse and load hangers in the side box * Cut blocks for flat packs * Unload trucks/ rail cars as required * Fuel and clean lifts * Complete and submit forklift inspection sheet and loader checklist * Clean-up work areas, tools, and equipment * General Housekeeping and Office related tasks * Sweep and maintain yard/ warehouse * Pick up litter, lumber waste, cardboard and other waste and dispose of in proper receptacle (s) * Inventory Cycle counting, maintenance and control * Order processing and documentation * Filing (electronic and manual) * Photocopying * Maintain clean safe work environment including forklifts Must have valid driver's license $33k-39k yearly est.10d agoUser Experience Designer
