ABOUT THE TEAM:

FIS is looking for a Solutions Consultant II. As a Solutions Consultant II, you will work with an exciting and collaborative team. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

In this position, you will assist sales representatives in uncovering prospect requirements and identifying product functionality gaps to develop, recommend and package the best possible product and/or service for client prospects.

+ Plays an integral role in the sales process utilizing knowledge of products and their capabilities to assist sales executives in addressing client/prospect requirements.

+ Develops appropriate product solutions to meet client/prospect business requirements.

+ Drives solution assurance process on behalf of sales executives to obtain client/prospect requirements, identifies and prioritizes functionality gaps with sales representatives and clients/prospects, initiates request-source process to obtain estimates to address functionality gaps or define appropriate workarounds and gathers all necessary information for internal suppliers to commit to performing the conversion.

+ Drives commitment process on behalf of sales executives to obtain internal commitment to perform work defined in solution assurance documents.

+ Maintains detailed notes in enterprise contact management system to assist in bringing sales opportunities to closure.

+ Provides direction to sales support team for creation and packaging of proposals.

+ Provides input to appropriate sections of requests for proposal (RFPs) and requests for information (RFI).

+ Sets up and delivers product presentations/demonstrations to clients/prospects either in person or via web-based tools.

+ Creates and maintains product presentations.

+ Participates in business requirements review with clients/prospects.

+ Participates in product release process.

+ Provides feedback on client/prospect requirements to FIS product managers on regularly scheduled basis.

+ Interacts with vendors and other organizations where appropriate to evaluate third-party vendor opportunities and solutions.

+ Develops and presents proposals to Business Review for approval.

You bring 4+ years of experience, knowledge of FIS products/services, strong customer service skills, and Voice Technology skills.

+ Possesses a good understanding of technologies required to support FIS products

+ Requires excellent presentation, writing, organizational and project management skills

+ Familiar with competitors and their products

+ Demonstrated ability to interact with and provide appropriate communications to senior management

About the team

The Global AML and Sanctions Compliance Team is responsible for preventing, managing and mitigating the financial crime risks that may occur through the types of services we offer, transactions we process or the customers we onboard. Our goal is to be a be a trusted and independent second line of defense control function, in order to protect FIS from financial crime risks.

What you will be doing

This position supports AML compliance at a fintech money services business subsidiary of FIS. You will participate in the existing well-established processes and help build new procedures and methodologies for this growing business. This is a unique opportunity to bring value to the corporate compliance at a Fortune 500 company while fighting financial crime. Remote work is possible after initial training period. Responsibilities include:

+ Resolution of anti-money laundering alerts, escalation of alerts, creation of manual work items, follow up with business stakeholders on obtaining pertinent information, peer quality check

+ Case investigations, analysis of the reports and statements, online research, further escalation if warranted

+ Customer due diligence (CDD), risk assessments

+ Regulatory and management information reporting

+ Other functions as assigned

What you bring:

+ 1-3 years of work in AML function

+ Knowledge of red flags of money laundering, terrorist financing and fraud

+ Experience with AML monitoring software

+ Ability to learn on the job and adapt to ongoing changes

+ High work ethics and willingness to be a part of a team

Added bonus if you have:

+ Working knowledge of Actimize AML solution

+ Understanding of AML responsibilities of a money services business

+ Experience with non-bank payment industry

+ Working an eight (8) schedule between 7am - 11pm that includes one weekend AND one weekday off
