    About the role: Corporate Treasury is responsible for the direction and management of treasury and banking and capital structure strategies for FIS. This includes the care and custody of FIS' cash and other financial assets and for banking relationships worldwide, including foreign exchange risks. Treasury manages relationships with external parties such as banks and credit ratings agencies. The team develops and implements treasury policies and procedures applicable to all subsidiaries of FIS and acts as a partner to our business units. Through these tasks, the goal is to optimize the utilization and efficiency of financial assets, maintain appropriate leverage and utilize FIS' balance sheet to enhance shareholder return. Corporate Treasury has unique systems and timelines that require rapid deployment of technology and response to incidents. While Treasury receives external support for the systems it uses, this support is system specific and may lack understanding of interactivity with other systems. Treasury reporting is also different from that of businesses or other functions and may result from a combination of external and internal data. The Treasury Systems Analyst will aid the department with the increasing use of technology in treasury. What you will be doing: The Treasury Systems Analyst II will be responsible for assisting with implementation of treasury technology, understanding of technology trends, training of users, developing reports and assisting as requested, with communication with internal and external technical resources. Key Responsibilities: Implement treasury technology Lead technical tasks required to complete Quantum implementations and related processes/systems Lead the evaluation of new functionality to be considered for upgrading existing systems Support the Treasury Sr. Manager during managed upgrades; coordinate the creation of test scripts as needed Understand functional and data requirements ahead of any new upgrade or module Identify system requirements for complex treasury processes and transactions Document any new changes made to the system. Understand trends in treasury technology Work with Treasury Sr. Manager and other Treasury personnel to gather and review treasury technology landscape and prepare recommendations on potential application at FIS Enhance user capabilities designed to maximize treasury technology Understand trends and adoption of emerging technologies Discuss new products / technologies offered by banks as directed by other treasury personnel Train users Contribute to the current Corporate Treasury instructional training documentation database (including material from 3rd parties). Coordinate with users to develop sample scenarios of typical transactions to aid with training Prepare and update instructional material, as needed Coordinate training sessions for new and existing users on key system applications Maintain governance of main systems Oversee the review of approval workflows and user permissions Propose changes to optimize use of system and maintain proper controls Act as one of main system administrators of treasury systems Assist with the performance of quarterly user access reviews per FIS policy Participate in and provide requested documentation to support on-going internal and external audits. About the role: As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you'll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You'll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self- motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker. What you will be doing: Elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies and information systems. Identifying strategies as well as improvement opportunities while also reengineering processes for greater efficiency. Helping select hardware, software and vendors. Conducting tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct. Working with a global team to review, benchmark and quantify process optimization and acceleration opportunities What you will need: Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end implementation and delivery processes. A bachelor's in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience - Master's degree is desirable. Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development. Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc. Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources Added bonus if you have: Experience with automation and orchestration technologies Advanced Excel experience Project management experience Process and journey mapping skills What we offer you: A career at FIS is more than just a job.
