The Impact You Will Have: We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Director to join our FP&A team. This critical role will be responsible for overseeing various aspects within corporate finance, including long‑range planning, business analytics, and business partnership. Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting Lead all financial operations, including accounting oversight, monthly close, and financial reporting. Review and analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements; identify trends, variances, and actionable insights. Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Oversee and coordinate with external accounting and tax partners to maintain GAAP compliance and accurate records. Planning, Forecasting & Analysis Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow, incorporating business drivers and scenario/sensitivity analyses. Franchise & Product Business Support Develop and maintain models and reporting to track franchise performance, royalty income, and profitability. Partner with the Franchise and Product leadership to evaluate new growth opportunities and inform planning decisions. Support evaluation of potential adjustments to fee structures, incentives, or pricing frameworks to align with company objectives. Treasury & Cash Flow Management Own cash flow planning, liquidity management, and working capital strategy. Lead financing process management, including preparation of diligence materials, investor/lender-ready reporting packages, and direct engagement with banks and advisors. Manage banking relationships and ensure compliance with financing agreements or covenants. Process & Systems Improvement Identify and implement systems and tools to improve visibility, efficiency, and accuracy in financial reporting. Streamline workflows for expense management, AP/AR, and budgeting. Support integration of data between finance, operations, and marketing systems to improve real-time insight. Cross-Functional Partnership Collaborate with Co-Founders and department leaders to translate financial results into actionable business insights and recommendations. Provide financial guidance to support resource allocation, hiring, and investment decisions. Manage and mentor junior finance staff.
