The Loss Prevention Intern may also assist the cross functional teams within the site including Human Resources, Finance, Corporate Audit, Security Services-Retail/CS/Corp, WW Physical Security Systems and Design, and Inventory Control Quality Assurance. The Loss Prevention Intern's primary responsibility will be supporting the efforts of the Loss Prevention team in the implementation of standardized, cost effective and efficient security services program for their assigned FC(s). What you Bring: * A minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on SaaS or FinTech, is preferred. * A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. * Strong proficiency in Java, Javascript and Typescript. * Experience with UI development using modern web application framework, RESTful API integrations, microservices and event-driven architecture. * Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other similar project management tools is a plus! * Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems. A track record of delivering robust and scalable software solutions. * Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. * A passion for innovation and a keen interest in staying ahead of the curve with emerging technologies. The pay range for this full-time position is $95,190.00 - $159,900.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
