The VP, Team Manager will lead and develop an assigned analyst team to deliver great advice and insight to our clients. What you'll do: Lead your team (5-10 analysts) through effective coaching / continuous performance feedback, managing performance at all levels and hiring, developing, and retaining top talent. Champion content excellence for all Gartner intellectual property including research notes, interactive client resources, diagnostic tools, videos, and other forms of media to share Gartner's thought leadership with clients. Drive the consultative approach through client engagements across the broader team to enable client action and impact. Collaborate with sales to ensure Gartner is properly prioritizing and supporting clients' mission critical priorities. Collaborate with product management to evolve the Tech CEO business at Gartner.
