Job Title Technical Director What does a successful Technical Director do at Fiserv? At Fiserv, our Technical Directors bridge business systems requirements from the end user to functional implementation of technical solutions. They create requirements specifications (client, user, etc.), specifications of user or market needs; identification or synthesis of technology needed to meet a user or market need.
