Pros of working at Fiserv

I liked the diversity.

Cons of working at Fiserv

The training was almost nonexistent. The new hire classroom training was not interactive at all. Just a lot of lectures all day. The continued training in production was modules however we often were not given the time to complete them. Simply told to complete them in between calls. There benefits were poor and expensive.

Fiserv benefits

The only perk was the salary. At the time of taking the position Fiserv was about 1$ an hour above what others were hiring for but only if you worked nights.
