    Waukesha Shift/Hours/Days: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM As a Shipping & Receiving Technician your goal is to work with the operations team to ship and receive products in a timely manner and maintain inventory counts for finished goods and raw materials through accurate documentation. You will do this by: Pulling orders, ensuring orders have been pulled, staged, and repacked in the correct quantities and packaging Loading and unloading trucks as required Incoming inspection of materials and subcontracted items Creating and reprinting labels as needed Pulling material from the Machine Shop Completing daily cycle counts Processing chips from the Machine Shop Returning raw materials to inventory from the Machine Shop Packaging finished parts for storage and putting them away in the correct locations Building custom wood boxes for shipment of products to customers Maintaining inventory of lumber for construction of boxes Spending 10 minutes at end of shift to clean and organize shipping/receiving area Other duties as assigned The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities. Develop and implement techniques for gathering and analyzing large data sets to identify currently unknown relationships between in-line metrics and final device performance. Candidate with Failure analysis skills (SEM, FIB, TEM, SIMS, FTIR, Raman, etc.) is plus. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Master Degree or above in Engineering field (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Physics). Candidate with Master degree must have 7 years' process experience in MEMS or semiconductor industrial field. Candidate with PhD degree must have minimum 3 years' process experience in MEMS or semiconductor industrial field Candidate with MEMS/semiconductor/display process integration and process transfer expertise is plus.
