The Opportunity: As a Technology Data Governance Senior Analyst, you will report to the AVP of Data Delivery and Data Governance to collaborate, plan and execute data lineage and sensitive data related work across all the systems at Fisher Investments. You will work with various teams (Legal and Compliance Department, Enterprise Risk Management and Technology teams) to define and guide policies and enable data to be covered for reporting. As a Data Management and Governance expert, you will partner with our internal technology teams, our business stakeholders, third party vendors, and implementation partners. The Day-to-Day: Collaborate with our support partners on definition and implementation of processes to discover Sensitive Data across Fisher Investments Define Lifecycle of Data process Define data Quality standards Licensing of data - Negotiations with vendors on terms & Cost etc. Responsible for the enforcement /audit of licensing agreements to eliminate liability from wrong use / storage of data Manage process for the approval of data transfers (Internally, externally, across geographical borders) Define standards for data transfer controls Manage and work to implement retention schedule. (This is generally driven by Regulatory needs) Maintain and manage (Data Architectural standards - this is different than enterprise architecture) Your Qualifications: 10+ years combination of Data management / governance, with at least 5 years in asset / wealth management Familiarity with application architecture, data architecture, integration architecture, and security architecture Prior familiarity with data strategy, with an understanding of data architectural tradeoffs with respect to legacy data management systems, modern (largely cloud-based) data platforms Experience with the technology ecosystem of the wealth management industry is preferred Understanding of Data Lifecycle and associated processes Experience with Defining data Quality Standards Working with third party data Vendors and licensing agreements Familiarity with data transfer protocols Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems or related technical field Compensation: $115,000 - $165,000 base salary per year in the state of WA.     The Opportunity: The Quantitative Program Vice President works in the office as the subject matter expert in portfolio construction and risk analytics to identify and prioritize projects to support Fisher Investments' Portfolio Management (PMG) Strategic Initiatives program. The Opportunity: As an International Investment Counselor, you are the voice of Fisher Investments to our clients in the United Kingdom. You will partner with our internal portfolio decision-makers, auxiliary research teams, client service associates, and renowned sales team to give our clients the best service possible. You will report to your group manager whose previous experience in the role will assist you in navigating client relationships and provide personalized career development. This onsite position is located in Camas, WA. The Day-to-Day: As a International Investment Counselor, you are the central voice of Fisher Investments International, working from the United States. You will: Work with our UK clients to build a trusting and professional relationship Proactively connect with clients on a quarterly basis to review their asset allocation and ensure we're on the right track towards their long term financial goals Educate clients on our top-down portfolio strategy, their investments, important market events and competitive landscape Rely on our sales team to gradually build your roster of high-net-worth clients within the first year Demonstrate knowledge of UK regulatory practices and adhere to associated operational responsibilities Your Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2+ years of experience in asset management, financial and client services Required to pass the Series 65 exam or equivalent Achieve results and provide unparalleled service A thoughtful consultative approach with an emphasis on client focus Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. You will act as the enterprise expert for designing, developing, and optimizing data processing systems and pipelines used to populate data into transactional databases, data warehouses, data marts, or other data repositories. You will also coordinate with other IT teams to configure and implement security, monitoring, tooling, and related capabilities as they apply to their assigned systems. You will report to the AVP of Data Delivery and Data Governance. The Day-to-Day: Use Agile practices to elicit and refine requirements through an iterative process of planning, defining acceptance criteria, prioritizing, developing and delivering enterprise data asset solutions in collaboration with business intelligence teams or other IT teams Develop, configure, customize and manage integration tools, databases, warehouses and analytical systems with the use of data related software Design, build, and deploy data extraction, transformation, and loading processes and pipelines from various sources including databases, APIs, and data files Develop and deploy structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data storage models such as data vault or dimensional modeling on a various platforms to meet business requirements Coordinate security, application monitoring, development tooling, and related capabilities with responsible teams Provide operational support and incident management for data pipelines and data flows, including proactively updating internal clients and relevant parties on status changes and issues encountered Author and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for processes, procedures, and technical designs Coach junior data and business intelligence personnel across the company, including developing material and guiding junior personnel on their technical skill growth Your Qualifications: 15+ years' experience developing data-related solutions and software 10+ years of experience working with relational databases and applying it in various applications, including within the Microsoft Azure platform 4+ years of experience with multiple cloud technologies in the Microsoft Stack (Azure IaaS and PaaS) along with familiarity with alternative cloud technologies 4+ years of experience designing and development on-premises and cloud-based (Azure) infrastructure and platform components 4+ years of hands-on development and deployment experience with Azure cloud using T-SQL, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Cosmos DB, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines Advanced knowledge of Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) and/or Extract/Load/Transform (ELT) tools, including both batch and real-time data transmission applications such as SSIS, Informatica, Kafka, Spark, MuleSoft, or equivalent software Advanced knowledge of database technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or NoSQL databases Advanced knowledge of multiple programming languages, such as Python, SQL, Scala, or similar.
