Administrative Support

General Operational Support
* Support the CIO by triaging and coordinating incoming requests, maintaining alignment across IT leadership.

* Maintain and organize shared IT leadership resources such as documentation repositories, and Teams/SharePoint spaces.
* Support department-wide events, training sessions, and leadership meetings through logistics, materials preparation, and follow-through.
* Provide flexible support during peak periods across IT functions, including vendor communications, audit responses, client requests, and project coordination.
Requirements
* Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a professional administration position.
* 3+ years experience supporting senior leaders or teams in a professional services, law firm, or corporate IT environment.
* Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
