For additional information about our company, visit our website at ***************** POSITION SCOPE The Crusher Operator is responsible for the safe operation of crushing and conveying plants (primary, secondary and tertiary) plus performing limited maintenance related duties. Assists maintenance department on mechanical issues daily or scheduled down day to include, but not limited to cone gyratory, and jaw crushers and several types of conveyors belting structures. Completes tasks assigned by General Supervisor, Superintendent or Process Manager. Operator will perform general maintenance, cleanup, repair activities, and operate support equipment. Willing to travel in state and out of state. Background in operating other heavy equipment, loaders, dozers and excavators helpful. This individual will also be responsible for general laborer duties at the operation. Individuals will be performing service work on equipment, grounds keeping and other duties as assigned. PRIMARY DUTIES Assists crew leader/operator with operation of crusher. Must be aware of the surroundings, keeping a close watch for any possible problem, and immediately report any problems to crew leader/operator At all times, crusher laborers will work cautiously to promote a safe environment for everyone at or around crusher sites Remains alert for hazards involved in crusher operation and observe MSHA and operating rules and regulation Safety, Safety, Safety comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards of safety Assist with setup and tear down of plants Perform general maintenance, inspect, repair, and service equipment and plant as required or directed by supervisor Grease machinery weekly Clean debris from conveyor belt and around machinery Use of a shovel to move material will be necessary Running equipment and loading when necessary Perform pre-shift inspections on equipment prior to startup General labor duties at the operation performing service work on equipment, grounds keeping Perform other duties as assigned and assist other craft workers REQUIREMENTS Applicants must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to get to and from work Acceptable MVR in accordance with Fisher's Company Vehicle Program policy S.H.A. certificate part 46 or 48 or willingness to obtain certification - company will pay for certification Basic knowledge of welding and using a cutting torch Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test Ability to complete work tasks under various adverse weather conditions including heat above 100 degrees, cold, rain, and snow Ability to operate equipment in adverse weather conditions and on steep and rough terrains Ability to repeatedly walk up and down steep and rough terrain carrying construction materials Punctuality Must be a team player who is willing and able to learn Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. This position will lead the organization towards comprehensively redesigning the entire risk and safety management strategy. PRIMARY DUTIES The Southwest Safety Director reports directly to the Chief Business Officer to ensure that goals are achieved. Develop and implement a comprehensive Safety and Risk strategy to measurably improve outcomes. Identifies needed changes and leads policy and program updates to achieve desired results. Establish performance metrics to improve outcomes, perform tracking and reporting to management. Evaluates and regularly monitors project, supervisor and crew performance to provide coaching on specific performance improvement areas; recommends disciplinary action to HR, when necessary. Provides leadership and support to corporate and field personnel in monitoring the effectiveness of processes and programs implemented, including but not limited to accident investigations, safety best practices and audits, and DOT matters. Assesses exposure to safety and risk and adverse consequences of construction activities. Collaborate with others when negotiating policy terms and limits. Recommends the purchase of insurance, coverage limits and deductibles to ensure adequate protection against loss at the most effective cost to the Company. Collaborates with upper management and insurance broker to manage outcomes in workers compensation, liability, auto, and property & casualty claims. Manages and oversees the administration of the workers' compensation program, including claims and claim costs, claim reviews, and return to work program for the benefit of the employee and the company. Participates in client meetings as requested to promote the corporate Safety & Risk Management programs. Assists in the estimating process when requested, by analyzing cost and procedural implications for specific safety concerns involved in a project plan. Performs additional assignments per direct report's direction. For additional information about our company, visit our website at ***************** POSITION SCOPE The Accounts Payable position is a full-time accounts payable clerk for the accounting department. This person will also assist with daily, weekly and monthly accounts payable along with matching Purchase Orders with Invoices and seeking approval from the appropriate personnel. This individual will also perform various other duties associated with accounting functions and general office administration. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. PRIMARY DUTIES Filing of A/P invoices and other documents Coding invoices for payment and entry of invoices Serve as support role to other members of the accounting department Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments to Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records in accordance with accounting standards Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts payable. Perform other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable Experience with Microsoft Office software Ability to handle confidential information Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively Familiarity with accounting software and systems, OnBase and CGC/ECMS programs is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to accounts payable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fisher Industries is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
