Job Description:
The Applied Global Services (AGS) DDP Service Business Unit (SBU) is seeking an ambitious candidate that possesses strong technical knowledge, preferably with Dielectric Deposition / Atomic Layer Deposition semiconductor equipment in the areas of process engineering and optimization, customer fab operations, hardware design, as well as business acumen. This person will work closely with DDP Business Unit, AGS OCE and Operations, and AGS field service to ensure products have the documentation, spare part sourcing strategies, and maintenance capabilities required to be successful at customer sites. They will engage in early phases of the new product design cycle to ensure after-sale support planning is included from initial concept through final product release. They will also lead projects to develop service capabilities and service models to drive performance improvements on systems installed at customer sites worldwide. The ideal candidate should possess over five years of process and hardware experience on DCVD semiconductor equipment. They should have a passion for technical program management and possess strong communication skills; this is a strategic role and will suit someone who can drive growth in partnership with a cross-functional team.
**Key Responsibilities**
Technical Program Manage service product development from Initiation to Release
+ Initiation (PG1): Lead HVP (High Value Problem) discovery through VOC (Voice of Customer) & FSO. Propose and select appropriate solutions based on ROI estimates. Lead team to assess Market Opportunity and select beta sites.
+ Validation (PG3): Chair regular Core Team meetings to drive design & development of proposed solutions through internal SBU sensor development or cross-functional teams (OCE, DT/AIx, FV, BU). Be accountable for successful beta demonstration by working with FSO, FSO Focals, AGS Focals responsible for the beta site.
+ Release (PG5): Drive creation of Marketing Collateral to train sales and BD on new Service Product; Field Training (AGU courses) and Procedures for CE's, PSE's that will support the Contract enabled by the Service Product. Report on actual Service revenue generated by the new Service Product vs. what was forecast.
+ MPR (Monthly Product Reviews): provide status updates and help needed to AGS executives throughout the Phase Gate release cycle.
Closely work with Equipment BU NPI PDP teams and Field Service teams to concurrently develop AGS service products in step with BU NPI product release.
+ Work with Business Unit on their **NPIs** (New Product Introductions) to prepare and embed service product offerings.
+ Spearhead **AIx** growth engine to develop new capability and **enable service product offers** .
+ Define/approve Product application support plans for service product offers.
+ Make sure Products meet all requirements; CoO, MTTR, MTBC, SDUT, etc...
+ Work with team on AGS DfI, DfS, etc...
+ Training: AGS-TS, FSO, SBU FSO Team, TSE, PSE, Digital Tool Team, FabVantage Team, etc.
+ Perform analysis, summaries, as well as develop and transfer package of new applications / platforms to product division and customer support team.
+ Spares, Training, AIx, etc
+ Create & Lead new methodologies in order to optimized system performance for specific application.
+ Digital Tool new development, adjust existing Digital Tools to current application / platform, etc.
Leads the Core Teams on NPI evaluation and demos at customers site, through **CIF** (Common Interests Framework), high involvement in the SOW and commitment schedule.
Interfaces with BU, FSO / PSE, and customer teams regarding technical requirements, analysis, schedule, deliverables, and closure.
Lead customer Technical Review Meetings and deliverable measurables.

Duties Description Conduct site investigations for all Freshwater Wetlands and Rivers permits and enforcement cases to determine compliance.

Minimum Qualifications This title is part of the New York Hiring for Emergency Limited Placement Statewide Program (NY HELPS).
For the duration of the NY HELPS Program, this title may be filled via a non-competitive appointment, which means no examination is required but all candidates must meet the minimum qualifications of the title for which they apply.
At a future date (within one year of permanent appointment), it is expected employees hired under NY HELPS will have their non-competitive employment status converted to competitive status, without having to compete in an examination. Employees will then be afforded with all of the same rights and privileges of competitive class employees of New York State. Wages range from $19.50 to $21.50 per hour Qualified Research Technicians help to maintain Sierra Pacific Industries' long-term water quality, microclimate, road inventory, sediment, and erosion programs. Research and Monitoring Program staff are required to be familiar with, and adhere to, the Research and Monitoring Program Quality Assurance Project Plan, all standard operating procedures, and any additional departmental procedural documents. Staff must follow all Research and Monitoring Program guidelines, requirements, standards, documentation practices, and quality assurance/quality control procedures throughout the life of all projects. This position provides an excellent opportunity to support various ongoing peer-reviewed research projects throughout Sierra Pacific Industries' California timberlands.
The Research Technician will use ATVs, 4x4 vehicles, and foot access to perform a variety of tasks with the Research and Monitoring Crew in Sierra Pacific Industries' forests. Applicants must be willing to work in remote areas both as part of a group and independently.

As part of the Wildlife Program crew, assists with executing the Department's wildlife and invasive species programs. Assists with field work and monitoring for native and non-native wildlife species, including seabird colonies; coastal marine wildlife (e.g., monk seals and turtles); invertebrates; bats; non-native predators; and game mammals. Assists with control of non-native predators and invasive plants to protect native wildlife. Supports overall Conservation programs to protect Lānaʻi's natural resources, including habitat protection and improvement; use of remote monitoring equipment; and monitoring and surveying activities in remote areas and steep (but beautiful) terrain.

General Responsibilities:

The Department of Microbiology & Immunology comprises an interactive faculty engaged in research and teaching in infectious disease and host immune response. We study a range of pathogens, primarily viruses, bacteria and parasites, and other insults such as toxins. Our immunology interests include innate and adaptive responses to pathogenic agents, immune regulation, vaccine development, and host damage due to inflammation and autoimmunity. Our faculty members are associated with many graduate fields across campus.

Duties Description The incumbent in this position will conduct field surveys for regional herpetofauna, including tiger salamanders and mud turtles. This includes handling and identification of wildlife, collecting physical measurements of individual animals, attaching radio transmitters and tracking individuals using radio telemetry, collecting weather and other environmental data, collecting and processing water samples for eDNA analysis, recording data, maintenance and decontamination of field equipment, and operating a motor vehicle. They will also be required to assist other wildlife programs with additional field surveys.
Minimum Qualifications Thirty (30) semester credit hours, including 12 semester credit hours in fisheries, marine resources or wildlife management; mariculture; marine biology; aquaculture; aquatic, marine or terrestrial ecology; zoology; marine technology; botany; limnology; hydrology; or oceanography.
Additional Comments This is a seasonal, hourly appointment with an anticipated end date of 3/31/2026. Program needs and funding will determine actual termination date.
Must have a valid driver's license or demonstrate the ability to meet the transportation needs of the position.
Must be able to negotiate difficult terrain.
Must be able to work in remote areas.
Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions.
Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
