As the Chief Financial Officer, Bill Kenny has been responsible for planning and maintaining the operating budget fostering the growth and financial stability of Fisheye. Bill oversees all financial activities including contract and subcontract administration, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll management. Bill is also responsible for accounting and record keeping in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations. Bill also maintains the company’s benefits program working with various vendors to ensure a highly competitive benefits package for FishEye employees. Bill has almost 30 years of diverse experience in business administration including procurement, contract administration and financial management. Previously, Bill served as a procurement specialist for a turnkey contract manufacturer. As a buyer planner Bill procured materials for hundreds of commercial manufacturing projects spanning diverse industries including biotech, robotics, and high tech electronics. Early in Bill’s career he was in manufacturing and materials management for large defense contractor. Bill has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Massachusetts.
