Sales and Business Development
Serve as the key contact for developing and nurturing new client relationships, focusing on financial services organizations.

About the Role
The Service Desk AI Product Owner will manage, develop and improve the Service Desk AI Assistant. The Service Desk AI Assistant is available to all users globally and is the users first point of contact for IT issues. About the Team
The Fitch Group Emerging technology AI Center of excellence (COE) group will be dedicated to build and support Generative AI, Machine learning, Deep Learning and Data science solutions across the organization. The position could be based out of our Chicago or NY offices.

The Fitch Ratings 2026 Associate Analyst Program (July 2026 cohort) is an exceptional entry level opportunity for recent graduates. The full-time graduate program is a combination of structured training designed specifically to provide a broad analytical perspective and on-the-job learning experience. As an Associate Analyst, you'll be assigned to a specific Fitch Ratings product group and provided roles and responsibilities that fully immerse you in the credit rating process.
During the 12-month program, Associate Analysts will get placed in analytical team where they will collaborate with senior analysts on new issuer ratings and gather and analyze the latest industry, regulatory, and economic information. At Fitch, you will receive the training to develop a high level of service to investors and issuers and a team-oriented approach to ratings analysis. Day to day work will include evaluating risk, participation in rating committees, drafting rating affirmations, and writing research reports.

How You'll Make an Impact:
Contribute to the development (Front-End and Backend Services), design, and non-functional requirements (high availability, scalability, performance, service uptime and monitoring) of Marketing Websites, by utilizing the latest technologies and industry best practices.
As a Senior Technical team member, mentor Junior Developers and do PR reviews of other team members.
Monitor metrics for engineering quality and work with Cloud Engineering Team to establish optimum infra, for the various services as per scalability requirements.
Collaborate with service provider teams like IAM, InfoSec and Data Technology.
Collaborate with Marketing Websites Product Owner, Stakeholders and technology partner organizations to execute the product roadmap.
Contribute towards technical debt reduction, strategic initiatives, and innovation projects to align with organizational goals and deliver impactful outcomes.
You May be a Good Fit if:
You are a full stack software engineer, with extensive experience in engineering and development, including building large-scale web applications (10+ years of experience preferred).
Expertise in software engineering practices, specifically in enabling incremental and agile delivery using continuous integration/delivery.
Strong proficiency in domain-driven design and programming languages such as react.js, Next.js, typescript, Java and unit testing (Jest/JUnit).
Experience with databases like Mongo and RDS (Postgres/MySQL/Maria DB)
Experience with Content Management Systems, including Contentful and/or Drupal.
Experience with Search Solutions like Elastic, OpenSearch and/or Apache Lucene.
Familiarity with industry-standard API specifications such as OpenAPI (Swagger), JSON, REST, and GraphQL.
Experience building continuous integration and delivery pipelines using tools like Bamboo, github actions etc.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, particularly leveraging AWS services to build cloud-native solutions.
Experience standardizing web component development leveraging design systems and modern UI frameworks.
Strong track record of translating business requirements into architecture and design for new solutions.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
Experience with microservices and frameworks such as Spring-Boot.
Good understanding of LLMs, Agentic AI and mainstream coding assistants like GitHub copilot and/or Amazon Q.
Knowledge of emerging AI API standards like MCP and A2A.

FOR NEW YORK AND CHICAGO ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $170,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch's total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
