In 1993, our first Fitness First club opened in Bournemouth in the South of England.
McFit – The First Scaled Budget Club Operation (1997)
McFit was founded in Germany in 1997 by Rainer Schaller.
The first Fitness First club in Australia opened in 2000 and now has more than 240,000 members who visit our 60 clubs more than 15 million times a year.
The Pioneering Settings of Physical Culture (1700s to 2000)
In July 2013, Fitness First launched The Zone in the Sydney CBD, a world first concept club offering a time efficient, highly motivating group training experience.
