Ability to explain how and why something works (bonus if you've done this while covered in grease). Curiosity, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn how to write professionally. No writing experience needed - just solid tech knowledge and the ability to think logically. Bonus points if you've worked with military tech or diagnostic software.
