POSITION SUMMARY: Exciting opportunity to join the legal department of a fast-growing, publicly traded retail company. We are seeking a highly skilled attorney with 7+ years of experience related to real estate transactions and property-related legal matters. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal real estate, construction, and facilities teams, as well as external counsel, landlords, and developers to support the company's growth and asset management strategies. Reporting to the Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, this role requires a proactive, self-motivated professional capable of independently managing day-to-day real estate law issues with minimal supervision.
